The hotel is clean and the staff are overall friendly. The terrace is amazing, staff very nice, evenings there are the best in Beirut. The breakfast is great and staff very friendly. The only bad area is the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff are not friendly overall and not trained to differentiate between one day pass guests and live in guests. Example, despite staying for 2 days, in 2 rooms: 1. I was asked to pay deposit for towels in the pool! 2. I had a pack of chips for my kid and the staff refused to let me take it in.. They took it away at the entrance. I asked Yousef Moumni in spesific to call the manager and ask for exception as my son really wanted his chips, but the exception was rejected and with no appoligitic attitude... The staff at the pool need a lot of training! 3. No WiFi at the entire pool area.

這家酒店唯一的優點是在商店集中的街中吃飯方便，自駕很難找到，酒店標誌不明顯，車來回開了幾次問了路人才找到，每天停車費15美元，早攴看視東西還可以但沒什麼東西可吃，性價比不高酒店陳舊，在黎巴嫩這個國家消費不高但酒店各類收費都高，不建議入住。

Terrible experience. I made the same booking by mistake for a day from 2 different bookings pages. Even if my bookings were showing in their system as same booking, same person, same hotel, staff refused to help me. They asked me to contact booking.com because they can’t do anything about it. After i was in touch with booking.com i was told that hotel is the only one who can help me change the stay(i didn’t ask for refund i asked for change of dates!!!!!!). Staff extremly useless, it was very difficult for me to even have a conversation with them because i went trough a surgery a day before and i was there to recover. After 2 days of me trying to talk and explain my situation they told me there’s nothing they can do about it even if my reservation appeared in their system booked twice !!!!! They refused. The duty manager Mazen was even super rude and laughed in my face telling me it’s not his duty of solving such issues. I decided to check out and booked another hotel because there was no point to extend in a hotel that my money was stolen. At check out they told me it s okay i can extend another day for free. I m just speechless of such customer service, after having to go through many arguments with 3 of the staff and to be told it s nothing they can help with. I came there to recover after a surgery not to have useless arguments with the reception staff! Terrible experience. Terrible managment. They could have helped me from day one, they didn t want!!!! I definetly don’t recommend just because the rudeness of the staff. Rooms are ok but they smell very bad. If you’re non smoker you will feel it.

Wij stel zijn er 4 nachten verbleven, personeel is netjes en behulpzaam. Kamers netjes maar voor ons gehorig we hadden eerst zijzeezicht en daar is een staat waar vrachtwagens achteruit inkomen gedurende de avond en nacht en ik weet hier kan het hotel niets aan doen. Smorgens andere kamer gevraagd en deze ook gelijk gekregen. Zeer mooi zwembad Ontbijt is goed maar keuze is niet zo groot. Restaurant is ook goed jammer dat er niemand gebruik van maakt We are a couple and stayed 4 nights in this hotel, personal is nice and they will help you Rooms are nice but noisy, we had sideseeside and there is a street where truck come drive in backwards with a peep during evening and night. And we know that the hotel can't do anything about this. In the morning we asked for an other room and get it right away. Very nice swimming pool Brak fast is good but not so much choice Restaurant is very good, not cheap but it's a shame that nobody use the restaurant. I don't know if we come back here

每次出差去貝魯特一定會住這裏 能看見鴿子岩我很喜歡 但是這次很失望 提前預定的 一個人住給安排了個雙牀 平時沒有備註要求都給安排的能看見鴿子岩的房間 這次特意備註了反倒沒有了 住的1508房間 地毯上一根長長的鐵絲 浴缸應該是年久陳舊了 不用注水衹是輕輕清洗都掉白色的漆 衣櫃裏面的衣架和橫杆上全是灰塵，從昨晚入住后一直打客房服務想要個拖鞋和牙刷 一直都是忙線無法接通 後面直接放棄了 洗澡中途突然停電了 很慌亂

一個非常好地設置的酒店,靠近搖滾畫,市政劇院,靠近美麗的馬提尼拉大,周圍有許多旅遊點,可以做幾乎一切步行,一個非常服務的貿易區。簡單的酒店,但很適合客人需要,非常舒適的牀和美味的早餐,待在2019年7月,到2020年3月回來。

酒店有早餐沒有訂，的確酒店有點舊和破，家居和房間設施衹能說招待所級別，但是周圍風景很不錯，記得自己帶睡袋。 citymall 大概15000黎巴嫩錢，蠻近的。 出租車宰客很多要小心。門口的服務生很帥氣，可以給他一點小費問問他，讓他幫你叫也可以
