這個酒店是動漫卡通主題，電梯、走廊都是復仇者聯盟的動漫主題人物。一樓外面有一個西餐館，外側環境一般般，停滿了各種車，不太好找。早餐在頂樓，可以看到整個黎巴嫩景色。有游泳池，健身房，但是沒看到温泉。

非常棒的酒店，硬件設施和服務都很好。頂樓的餐廳也很棒，缺點是泳池的水不是很清澈

Really happy with my stay at Smallville. Great service from all staff at all times. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Love the touchscreen facilities inside the room & great amount of lighting. Balcony is a great size (it does get a bit dusty from the wind) with amazing city views. Breakfast is average but they serve non dairy milk so I was happy!! Wifi is good when connected but does disconnect daily. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had an incredible experience at SmallVille hotel Beirut! The staff at Red Street restaurant, especially Maria, Elisa, and Mejdi, were exceptional in their service. When I went upstairs to the 16th floor, Mohammed took great care of me too. The entire team is incredibly service-oriented, and I must say, during my long stay, I visited other hotels, but none matched the warm and attentive service that SmallVille provided. Keep up the fantastic job! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Nous avons été accueilli par une équipe très agréable et accueillante. L’équipe a su nous conseiller et nous proposer des plats en fonction de nos envies. J’ai beaucoup aimé le décor de l’hôtel. Les toilettes sont très propres. La nourriture est très bonne. Le service est très rapide.

L'hôtel a installé un générateur qui pollue et fais beaucoup de bruit depuis plus d'un mois. Contactée par une habitante d'un immeuble voisin, la propriétaire de l'hôtel leur a assuré qu'ils installeraient un filtre, ce qui devait être fait depuis 3 semaines Nous pouvons comprendre l'urgence du moteur mais pas les mensonges et surtout pas de ne pas avoir tenu compte de la santé des gens du quartier, dont beaucoup d'enfants.

Cet hôtel se transforme en discothèque le vendredi et samedi. Aucun respect pour la tranquillité de ses clients. On vous donne raison mais rien n'est fait. Une réponse laconique dans le style " il y a beaucoup de personnes qui se plaignent" est la cerise sur le gâteau.

Sono venuto a trascorrere 5 giorni in tournée in Libano e l'hotel è stato fantastico. Ha una cucina per fare colazione al mattino, l'appartamento è comodo e pulito. In realtà è un aparthotel. Mi sono mancate le pulizie giornaliere, ma non ho segnalato neanche questo alla reception, forse dovevo richiederlo.
