I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel royal palace. Staff were very polite & responsive. The service was very quick. Room was very good & clean. Food quality was superb & satisfactory.

很高興和家人住在這裏。工人的良好行爲。延遲結賬沒有問題進入。Ac resraurant和dhaba都可以提供食物。

I would prefer to write point-wise. Amenities available in the hotel were pretty average in consideration to the price range, however services of the staffs, in general, were good with the only exception of the day time manager, who was clueless. I would specially mention the canteen staffs, who were really good. Location wise the property is good. In general, the experience was a bit better than average but the price range is on the higher side.

We have stayed at Hotel KDM Palace on the occasion of 31st Night,and had an outstanding experience, the staff shown great hospitality, food was very good ***** with lots of variety, we have enjoyed the musical night ***** with best Bollywood and local artists. specially charlie Chaplin performance was super awesome.. Really it was a memorable experience for us, would love to visit here again when plan to come begusarai next time.

位置優越,周圍氛圍優美,工作人員很棒。最友好和樂於助人的前台和工作人員,對酒店的第一印象可愛和很棒。酒店的一切都是例外。很乾淨,時尚,寬敞,在我們吃晚餐的地方服務很好。食物很好,物超所值,服務周到高效。房間本身設施齊全,舒適。我對我的住宿很滿意。我希望將來能回來進行更長時間的訪問。
