I have been requesting an invoice / receipt for my stay from 3 weeks ago, however even after numerous phone calls, I still haven't received a receipt. The visit was paid for by my work, so a receipt was essential. The chair in the room was very cracked, 3 lights didn't work. I didn't mind as most of the time I was out of the room, however not receiving an invoice is not acceptable and needs to be provided.
