This location was great. The morning employee who checked me out of my room was great. I love this hotel chain. Always a great stay. The night staff to check me in was a bit rude and uncouth. But otherwise a great experience.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was ready early so no problem checking in early.

We were Sitting in the lobby with our family, my wife and 14 year old daughter. There was another group playing a board game. There was another larger group that was gathered of adults and kids. The group was talking and sharing stories, it was loud as there were many people together, but everyone was having a good time. At 8:45pm on a Saturday night, the hotel manager came out and announced the lobby is closed everyone has to leave and the football games on TV were being turned off. They then turned down the lights and asked everyone to leave. The family playing a board game asked why they had to leave and the Manager said the lobby is closed. I have never seen such poor and disrespectful treatment of guests who were paying to stay there. I would not stay here again, so many better places to stay, great disappointment Holiday Inn.

The smell of chlorine permeated our room down the hall. Other than that, the room was clean, downtown was a quick car ride away, and there were plenty of options for food around the hotel.

One the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Bed was also comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we visit Indy.

The g m and the front desk crew were very rude. There was a problem with credit card authorization. The problem Was not corrected even After requesting help from multiple people... I would not recommend this hotel because they are a hassling bunch.

Very clean. Gym, pool, all working well. Nice breakfast. Very convenient access to the freeway.

Wonderful stay! Exceptionally clean, loved the walk in shower and Keurig in room, amazing! Feel like front desk staff wasnt overly engaging both at check in and out.

Great stay. Check-in staff were above and beyond great.
