They cancel my reservation went i arrive. With out any solution was full paid and the lady working night shift on the 14 august 2023 i ask why she did want to look of my reservation email and payment. Just was very rude even quiet me the ask why you are talk that way and just said loud you get out!!! Very rude and unprofessional

Todo bien el hotel, cómodo, único inconveniente es q te tocan para limpiar por q se van a ir temprano , hablo donde que tocan 10-11 am q limpian o solo dejan toallas. En ningún hotel me había tocado q tenías q salirte del cuarto antes de ls 11 am para limpiar o no lo harán ya q saldrán temprano.

This property was extremely noisy. I’m not sure if it was due to being close to the airport or a main street. Every 15 minutes the room literally shook from vibrations possibly coming from the street. And every half an hour it sounded as if trash was being collected by a truck. I didn’t sleep a wink. Disappointing. Otherwise clean and acceptable with friendly staff.

The Holiday Inn Express clearly explained how the free shuttle to and from the airport worked, and we only had to wait a minute or two to be picked up. The desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room seemed clean and included items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Check out was easy. Thy also provided a free breakfast with lots of options, including pancakes, eggs, and breakfast meats. The property itself seemed a little old and could use some updating (like replacing the stained hallway carpeting). For the the condition of the property and size of the room, the price seemed somewhat high. Overall, our stay went well and we appreciated having a clean, comfortable room to sleep in after getting stuck at another airport all day.

Proximity to Midway Airport. Shuttle buses were running every 20 minutes. Rooms have been updated and were clean. Breakfast had the usual HIE offerings with some additions. We appreciated the walnuts and dried cranberries to put on our oatmeal. There were also egg white scrambled eggs which was a nice addition. The only "downside" was that the heating/cooling is a wall unit - that was somewhat noisy.

The staff was great, but the property had two entrances barricaded for some unknown reason and my driver had to cut across two other businesses parking lots just to get to the check in entrance. Otherwise Yvonne was very resourceful and knowledgeable during the check-in process.

It was very nice and clean as well as quiet however theres one large parking lot for about 4 hotels so finding a spot can be tricky. However theres good food options and it was only 10 minutes from SeatGeek Stadium.
