All was great except when we went down to breakfast. It was fairly early into the breakfast hours. No forks. Staff member was chatting in the phone, not paying attention. Then started having a casual conversation with another staff member. Again, not paying attention to her job duties

This place is a nice midpoint location if you wish to visit Fort Worth and Dallas tourist spots but don't want a lot of traffic, noise or sketchy people. Right off the highway so super convenient. Felt very secure with the location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly, $100 charge for pup's entire stay which was reasonable and he could enjoy a road trip with us. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the kitchen. Breakfast was included and it was hot and delicious with a variety of options. Indoor pool and workout center were nice and clean. We'll definitely come back here the next time we come to DFW.

This place is amazing , everything is perfect. Clean, comfortable , quite , just love it ! My suite has refrigerator, top stove , microwave, plates , silverware, cups, etc everything was very convenient! I will definitely come back here ☺️

Everything was AMAZING including the morning breakfast. There was an annoying car alarm that went on and off sporadically 24-hrs a day for the entire 9-day visit. The indoor pool was nice, but would be even nicer with a HOT-TUB pool.

From the minute you walk in, the hotel feels bright, clean and pleasant. Front desk is welcoming and friendly. Viviana was a joy to talk to. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Laundry facilities were pristine. Breakfast amenities on the average side. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Viviana and staff were excellent! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was delicious every day! The lobby and dining area are exceptionally clean. I cannot leave enough praise for this location and staff!

Very clean and comfortable stay. On a side note, use Google Maps to get there. I used the Orbitz app for directions and it took me to the other side of the freeway.

The best hotel I've stayed at by far. Staff were so nice. The room was like a really nice house almost (full kitchen and living area in addition to bedroom area and really nice bathroom). Everything was clean and fresh and the bed was super comfortable. I would totally live there if I had that kind of money, but I'll definitely be staying again. And the breakfast was delicious too. Love love loved it all.

Front desk put me in a room that did not have a pull out bed like my reservation stated. I went and told them i cannot sleep in the main bed with the person i was traveling with. They said they would "check me out in the morning and i couldnt get a refund" even though they out me in the wrong room. Dealt with them from 8pm-11pm until ******* put me in a different hotel.
