Great hotel , great service, my only grievance was the tiny tv in the room , please get a large tv , trying to watch a portable tv from the bed isn't good

First time visiting Bedford and I loved this quick hotel here. Walkable distance to the train station, a few restaurants nearby and short distance to the center for shopping and food.

Greeted upon arrival with a smile, the rooms pretty small for a 6’3 athletic guy such as myself. However, it’s functional with everything you need.

Great Stay with Excellent Service and Location
I really enjoyed my stay at Verve Hotel Bedford. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and very clear about what the hotel offered and when – which made everything super easy to settle into. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double bed room, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The location was great too – just a short distance from the town centre, the rail station, and a big Sainsbury’s, so everything I needed was close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt well looked after during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Convenient for visit to London.
Initial reception clear and concise delivered politely and professionally. Room spacious for two. Shower hot and powerful.Bathroom spotless. Bed large and comfy.
Hotel convinient for the town and 9 min walk on the flat to railway station. No problem getting seat in rushour out of Blackfriars London.
Auto checkout was helpful.

No good if you want to sleep or eat
Very thin walls and squeaky floorboards in the room upstairs, coupled with other guests making loud phonecalls and pacing around, respectively, at 5 o'clock in the morning, after a night of them leaving their TV on loud until gone midnight, meant I didn't sleep very much.
It was advertised as free parking but there weren't any spaces left.
The restaurant was closed on Mondays and this wasn't mentioned in the advert. The mention of the hotel having "3 restaurants" was part of the appeal of the booking!
