Hotel okay staff friendly. TV broken tried to fix it. Came back later to find no tv and no remote. They could of tried better. Breakfast was hot and to a good standard. The staff were friendly and communicated well. The room was clean please offer some decent pillows

Beautiful location by the riverside, the room was ok. Terrible food, i had the chicken Makhanni Curry with rice, you can taste that this food had been microwaved, the meat was chewy and like rubber, I cannot believe that this place charges people to eat microwaved food. I asked my server who was also working in reception if the dish i had was a microwaved food, she advised that it was, well why dont you mention this to your customers before the order so that we could be giving the choice to eat elsewhere, mention it on your website.why are you charging people to eat here, when no prep or love was put into these dishes. Be honest, had I have known, i would have eaten at McDonald's or Burger King than the garbage I had to eat. No car park which is chargeable, but they do give you some kind of discount before you leave. Now If you like a place with bad, terrible microwaved food, apart from the fish along with broken lifts, shortage of staff but a beautiful location, then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay clear of it. Do not waste your hard earned cash in this place, if I could rate this place a zero i would.

Shortage of staff. Extremely long delay in checking in. Kitchen with long waiting time to eat. Noisy dirty room that stunk of Sweat and Urine. Broken Air conditioning unit in your room with a window that did not open. Broken Lift. Seriously absolutely Garbage.

Der Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Riverside war prima. Die Zimmer sind gut, ordentlich und sauber. Der Ausblick beim Frühstück auf den Fluss in der Morgensonne ist klasse. Auch das glutenfreie Frühstück war prima. Besonders möchte ich das hilfsbereite Personal hervorheben. Kemi hat uns immer super weitergeholfen.

We neded somewhere reliable for an overnight stay and Premier Inn was suitable and convenient for getting to our appointment the following morning. The room was basic but very clean. The down side for us was one pillow each and no spares in the room. Also we discovered that the following morning that only one large towel had been provided. The booking was quite clearly for 2 people and made in advance so that was irritating

You only book a premier inn because you know what to expect, and usually they are fine. However this has to be worst of the chain. I booked a meal deal and was told they had a limited menu. Even though the restaurant was empty I still waited an hour for the main course. The rooms have no usb charge points. Bath has no plug. Ultimate Wi-Fi is poor. Premier inn have really disappointed me and I’ll think twice before booking again. I woul d complain directly, but there’s no staff to be seen and the website has no option to comment. They will probably Blame covid for the poor service Don’t book this hotel.
