Wenn man den Flair eines alten Hotels schätzt ist man hier richtig. Schöner Innenhof und gute Bar. Kurz zu Fuss im Zentrum. Die jungen Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und machen einen tollen Job. Parkkarte für die um die Ecke liegende Tiefgarage gibt's schon beim Einchecken. Moderate Gebühr. Achtung: Kein Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Riesig und verwinkelt. Sehr romantisch.

Etape vraiment très agréable dans cet hôtel de charme situé en plein centre-ville dans le vieux Beaune à l intérieur des Remparts. Toutes les prestations sont de qualité : personnel souriant et accueillant, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, literie confortable, petit déjeuner complet excellent. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hôtel très romantique avec du calme et de grandes chambres et un service impeccable. Petit déjeuner dans la petite cour intérieur très agréable et hôtel à deux pas du centre ville. À refaire très volontiers lors d’un prochain séjour dans cette région et ville très agréable

Très bel hôtel plein de charme. Il a été refait avec goût, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner et complet (possible d’avoir du jambon, fromage et des œufs sur demande). Très bonne literie. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel en plein cœur de Beaune

We stayed here for two nights and wished we hadn’t.The first room smelt of very bad mould/damp and had huge square holes which were unsightly and the damp/mould gave me constant coughing fits. Health and safety was a huge concern as I am asthmatic.The upstairs room were up super early banging for two hours constantly scraping chairs and shouting.I complained to reception twice and wanted to check out as our monies had been paid pre arrival and no manager was available to allow us to check out even when ********** called them to express our concerns.We we’re offered a more modern room which was a lower category than the junior suite we paid in advance for.We was refunded the difference.Then night two was even worse.Yes it was a more modern room but jet lagged travellers staying in the room above meant constant footfall all we heard was constant banging throughout the night.Yes the hotel is central and reception staff are super helpful that’s the plus points.Beaune is a halfway stop off for those driving to the South of France and unfortunately we received the brunt of noisy inconsiderate jet lagged guests.My advice would be to find a hotel that has soundproofing.

Magnifique hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Beaune à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous recommandons cet endroit plein de charme! Proche des hospices de Beaune et des caves Patriarche.

Nous avons passé en couple un très bon moment dans cet hôtel grande chambre tout confort avec l’attention du personnel le soir comme le matin nuit très tranquille sans bruit et petit déjeuner dans la cours très romantique. A refaire dès que possible surtout que la ville est magnifique et l’hôtel très bien placé dans la ville

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Les Remparts Hôtels et Demeures Historiques earlier this week (Sept 2024) as we wrapped up a two week trip. Having spent 7 nights on a longboat down the Rhine River, we loved the spacious room and bath/shower, along with the beautiful accommodations and finishes in our room. We didn't realize the significant historical significance of the property until we had gotten home. Arnaud greeted us and took great care of us, including getting us settled and luggage to our third floor room, restaurant recommendations, directing us where to grab our bag lunch for our all-day wine tours, breakfast service, pouring the best wine, etc. And Louie saw us off and ensured our prompt trip to the train station. Thank you, Arnaud and Louie! We loved the fresh breakfast and great coffee, nice breakfast area, wonderful patio/courtyard area and cool bar area with an awesome wine list. The assistance with wine tour recommendations, restaurant reservations, tips and advice, etc etc was spot on. We commend Bruno and Emmanuelle on a beautiful property and preserving such a historic treasure! Along with employing the nicest and most courteous staff we came across on our two week trip to France, Germany and The Netherlands, you won us over as the only place to stay when we are back in Beaune.

A beautiful very French hotel with an extremely helpful and welcoming concierge/reception/manager (three in one) who checked us in and took our luggage to the room. The room was extremely nice and well appointed with lovely sheets, toiletries and tea/coffee. The courtyard breakfast was a nice touch although breakfast was a little disappointing for EUR 25 per head. That said we would definitely stay again although perhaps have breakfast out. If I was to knock the hotel at all it would be a lack of decent shaving mirror which is unfortunately commonplace in a lot of good hotels.
