I'm not familiar with Beaumont so while the hotel was fine as a hotel, I was really disappointed in the location and road construction around it. I would much rather stay in a lesser motel at a better location. Going anywhere was a pain and there was only one place to eat within walking distance. There are several similar hotels at this location so my recommendation is to avoid them all.

Stayed for one night. It was a very nice room. Pull out was not comfortable but king bed was nice. Could have had more pillows. Check in was fast and easy. Restaurants close by within walking distance.

Deja was super helpful at check in and recommended dinner for us.
Room was quiet and clean. There was a small piece of foot board falling from wall in bathroomX but I’m sure it happens at some point.
The bedding was comfy and we slept great.
Breakfast was ready on time and delicious.

The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice. We got the king suite for our family at a great price. We were just staying overnight for a quick getaway, but we will definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a graduation, so only needed one night’s stay. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was friendly. Great room for the money.

The night staff (Janice) was extremely rude to me and my family. I said hi to her and she literally ignored us. No hello, no goodbye. I brought it to her attention about her being rude and she asked us to call and cancel our reservation. Worse
experience ever at any hotel especially during this cold freeze. I am definitely not returning!!!

It’s always good here, but housekeeping needs to clean the bathrooms better. All it would take is a vacuum against the floor boards and around the shower/toilet area. Make sure they get all of the hair cleaned up off of the floor.
