哈克特斯敦長谷凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Hackettstown - Long Valley)

Very nice people and very clean property as well as a great breakfast especially the muffins and waffles. They are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the Hackettstown area. They do an amazing job and we will surely return.

This was one awful place to stay. Not quite as bad as the cheapest hotels out there but if you have a choice I don’t recommend it. Unfortunately, we had to stay here because we needed to be near for some family issues. And unfortunately, we had to stay in this place for a week. Would’ve stayed another hotel, but it would’ve been twice as much and four times as far away. There’s not much to choose from in Hackettstown NJ Everything that I’m saying or showing we reported and none of it got fixed. They shake their heads and act like they hear you and understand but you know right away that they’re gonna do absolutely nothing about it. My husband even brought the manager up to look at the curtains and he said he would fix them, but they stayed that way all week Our room stunk cigarette smoke. Not like residual smoke, but somebody like standing outside our door and smoking it was all coming from the bathroom vent so every time we turned on the bathroom light, the vent comes on and here comes all the cigarette smoke. It was pretty disgusting. The bathroom vent is very noisy so every time you have the light on you’re gonna be listening to a racket. The carpets in the room are filthy as you can see , the window curtains not ripped but shredded. At night when you’re trying to close the curtains, you have to really finagle this thing too get the windows covered. Room service was spotty. Sometimes the beds were made sometimes we got towels sometimes we got cups, but never all on the same day. The guys working at this hotel are living in the room across the hall from us. It has a full kitchen in that room and they cook in there every day. If you stay in room 122 I hope you like Indian food because it’s going to be on the menu every night. If you absolutely have to stay here, the one good thing is that the beds are comfortable. I’ll give them that. But you’re going to have to put up with a heck of a lot just for that one thing.

Hotel itself is just OK. Arrived a little early to check in and even though plenty of rooms were ready they wanted to charge $40 to get in a room before 3pm. No grace period at all, not a minute before 3pm unless I paid them $40!

Very friendly staff and the hotel overall was very clean. The shower could use an upgrade and did show signs of age. The breakfast was super limited so if that’s important to you then this is not the best choice. Overall it served our needs at a very affordable price and would definitely recommend to people looking for value

We had an amazing stay. Staff was amazing and friendly. Site and rooms were clean and comfortable.

My room was next to a room where I could hear everything in the pipes and bathroom. Unfortunately, the occupants were up all night using the facilities. I really never was able to sleep. Additionally the free breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Very poor selection of very few old, tired items. I would never stay here again.

Quality Inn Hackettstown took care of all our needs. Location was perfect, check in was quick and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
