新堡萬怡飯店(Courtyard New Castle)

The lady who checked us in was great, she was friendly, professional and thorough. The finishing construction crew needs to do a better job, the cover on the sink fell off, the drain in the shower wasnt in place, there were carpet pieces sticking out from the couch area. Place was clean, comfortable and convenient for our trip, so very happy with it.

Very new feeling hotel. The staff was extremely kind each time I interacted with them. The room was spacious, big TV, comfy bed, great bathroom - mirror and shower. The only thing (and I'm nitpicking) are the sheets could have been a touch softer. But this place was a solid 9.5 / 10 for the price.

The property was clean the staff was excellent and room was clean and comfy, Was one of the best hotels i stayed at,The only complaint i have is ,At 5am in the morning me and my girlfriend was sleeping and the fire alarm went off for 15min smh and it scared us and broke are rest till we had too check out ,I ask the front desk when we was checking out what was the reason for that ,They said it was cause its a new building,They should've offer a discount code for another stay if i plan too stay again there for that inconvenience ,My only complaint other then that it would've been perfect 😥

The property was very very busy with a large group of kids and chaperones. Management was keeping its cool n the room was wonderful and they were very helpful

Omar at the front desk was awesome! He was not only very professional, but also matched my sense of humor.

Arrived late at hotel and check in was super fast. Room decor is contemporary and beautiful. Very large bed and great mattress. Surprisingly quiet for being so near to major highway. Excellent!

Nice new property, close to the highway. Only downfall was the parking lots were full of snow. Very messy, other than that it was a good stay.

A very modern,well-appointed, spotlessly clean place to stay. The people working there were very professional and friendly.also. Just try to get a room located in the back, if possible, away from the traffic noise.
