印第安納州布盧明頓凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Bloomington Indiana)

Tried to check in at 5 pm and the room wasn’t ready yet. Asked if an hour or two was enough time and they were unsure. Came back at 7 pm and the room was ready to check in. There was someone’s meal left in the refrigerator for only God knows how long. A strong smell came from the refrigerator when I opened it the first time.

I have stayed here many times, the pros, it’s perfectly located in downtown, it has free breakfast. Rooms are nice comfortable, clean and modern. The cons, they charge additional for parking and the bed does not have a comforter, only a light blanket. I have tried courtyard by Marriott that is close by and I’m thinking I may like that better. It has a Starbucks coffee bistro and parking is free. They have an actual comforter on the bed.

Everything was excellent. All of the staff were excellent-friendly, professional and helpful. In particular, the woman working Saturday night, I think I was told her name was Sarah, was great. She took care of the front desk as well as the bar area. She also tolerated, with complete professionalism, a rude woman complaining about the parking situation. Sarah was very calm and accommodating. She is an excellent employee.

Hotel was nice, great location. Check in was good, check out was good. Breakfast was amazing. Felt the room could have been a little cleaner. There were unsused condoms left in our room (thankfully still in package), that I felt should have been cleaned up by the cleaning crew. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as well. Overall a great hotel and would stay again!

I liked that the property was close to a variety of dining options and just a couple of miles from IU Bloomington campus. The hotel itself was dirty. In my room I had fingerprints on the frosted glass divider between the living and bedroom section. The breakfast was stale, the French toast sticks were hard.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is probably good for people in large groups but if you are a single traveler looking for a nice place this isn’t it. Everything is as cheaply done as possible.

Terrific!!! I had left my coat behind and was so impressed when their employee Alexa reached out to me to tell them they had found it.

The breakfast buffet area needs better monitoring. We could not find utensils without a long search. There was a shortage of plates and bowls. There was no butter for toast. They offered peanut butter, cream cheese, honey and jelly but no butter or margarine.
