Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable. A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled. Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe. In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative. It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice. Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

酒店位置絕佳，就在拉斯帕耳馬斯最熱鬧的海灘邊上，附近什麼都有，最近的公車站走兩步就到，島上公交很發達，去哪裡都很方便，酒店左邊就是一個大超市，生活用品一應俱全，水果還很便宜，就是九點鐘就關門了要提前注意，因為離海灘很近，游泳曬太陽也很方便。 房間非常寬敞，我們兩個人的東西隨便放，牀也不算窄，衛生間也非常寬敞，打掃也很乾凈 前台很熱情，每次進出酒店都會打招呼 早餐種類不算多，但是該有的都有了，水果肉類各種麵包雞蛋火腿香腸，咖啡果汁，值得一提的是有鮮榨果汁和酸奶，很好喝 酒店有兩層露台，可以曬日光浴，景色非常棒，晚上bar還有dj演出，可惜沒去成 酒店也提供免費停車服務，對於租車環島的人來說非常方便 唯一一點，不是所有房間都是海景，我們這次就住到了內景，不過好在有露台，預定的時候記得給酒店備註說明海景房，還有就是我們房間有股奇怪的味道，好在開窗了一天基本沒有了

便宜又愉快的經濟型酒店。枕頭有點奇怪。薄牀單(適合炎熱的氣候)。牀不是最舒服但不是最糟糕的。沒有空調只是風扇有點累。從結霜的窗戶看出去的景色有點鬱悶。電視只是西班牙電視。工作人員非常友好,大多數英語說得很好。適合短暫停留,但我不會推薦幾個晚上。沒有嘗試早餐(價格合理),酒吧只開放。不過附近還有其他酒吧,開放到幾個小時。安全的地方,但不是最漂亮的。步行1分鐘即可到達海灘和許多餐館。房間或冰箱中沒有水。

接待人員的服務非常好,允許我們提前入住,退房後也離開我們的行李。 房間在14樓,房間有點累但短暫停留還不錯。房間可以使用隔音門窗。 酒店頂樓的泳池區,僅通過樓梯可到達。提供城市360度美景。 位置很棒,離海灘,港口區,購物中心和交通樞紐幾分鐘

地理位置佳，性價比高，陽台就能直接看到大海，房間也比較大，房間衛生也很好、比我們住的隔壁民宿要便宜三倍，感覺這裏更舒服，更大，性價比太高了，比較滿意，我都後悔住名宿了，這次住了20天，就最後一晚才住的這裏，如果還有機會去這裏的話，我還會選擇這裏的。

性價比不錯,但要注意,是非常基本的公寓式酒店,廚房小,牆壁薄,窗戶門。鄰居也可以通過回聲庭院聽到。房間沒有按時準備好。

酒店太棒了😍,離海灘⛱️步行1分鐘,工作人員每天都在打掃。一切都在一小段步行距離內。一定會再次預訂。

毛巾和床單有股難聞的氣味，設施還可以，而且位於市中心，所以他們說的噪音問題也是正常的。
