貝納爾馬德納海灘飯店

This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

嗯，住得超級舒服，飯店員工超級友好，很容易就能聊上話，房間很乾淨，地理位置也很棒。我一定會再來這家飯店。真的非常感謝你們所做的一切。

過去多次在日落中呆過,但從來沒有一年的這個時候(聖誕節前的一週)一些餐館不開放,只有自助餐或酒吧小吃菜單可用。仍然有很多翻新工作正在進行。即使有一些不便,也有點貴。除此之外,我很喜歡我的住宿,還會再來的

可愛的酒店,非常乾淨和現代的公寓。不幸的是,我們位於洗衣房/技術室的通風上方,所以沒有一分鐘或晚上,聽起來不像我們在工廠旁邊!我們在515房間,真的這個房間和上下的房間應該被封鎖。不僅不斷的噪音,還有各種氣味,一些不錯的....洗漱,一些不太好的.....學校晚餐! 我們確實要求立即搬家,但只提供了2間帶小雙人牀的房間,我們喜歡大兩張單人牀。 肯定會再次入住,但前提是我們可以保證遠離通風系統。 唯一的另一個問題...我們想象有一天晚上在餐廳吃晚餐,到達時問有沒有素食選擇,因爲是自助餐,小夥子告訴我們去小吃店! 總的來說,度假的好地方,只是不在515房間!

Lovely villa hotel with good accommodation

有史以來最好的體驗!我的孩子到目前爲止度過了最好的假期!房間寬敞乾淨,我們還看到了驚人的海景!很棒的餐點,有很多選擇!我們有機會在他們的其他酒店度過時光,使用設施和飲酒。感謝您的這次美妙體驗😊

非常樂於助人和友好的工作人員。最專業。美麗的花園,可愛的酒店乾淨整潔。現代的每晚娛樂非常愉快。最愉快的住宿,使旅行以完美的位置記憶。工作人員沒什麼好吃的。現場理髮師和咖啡店也是如此。從海灘步行五分鐘,有2個很棒的游泳池。

位置優越,乾淨很好,員工真的優越。從招待處到清人員,都是超級人。 房間的門肯定要換(更新)。這些門自動關閉,從而導致撞,今天已經不存在了!肯定要做些什麼。第二個批評點是雙牀,對兩個人來說很!!還有一個批評點是頭,也是超級小!! 社區廚房是一大。

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Hay muchas calas cerca a las que se puede ir andando. Restaurantes y mercadona a 10 minutos andando. El check in se hace a partir de las 17h, nosotros llegamos a las 20h y la habitación no estaba preparada para 3 personas como ya sabían. El sofá cama no estaba preparado y tampoco tenía sábanas. El sofá deja mucho que desear y no limpian bien, nos encontramos restos de comida por detrás del sofá, además de las telarañas que hay en las ventanas y terraza. Y además limpian las habitaciones cada 2 días. La cocina no está bien equipada. No tiene cafetera, solo hay una sartén, los cuchillos son de untar, no hay estropajo ni jabón, y nosotros no teníamos ni recogedor, solo dejan una bolsa para la basura. El aire acondicionado se nos estropeó y fueron muy rápidos yendo a arreglarlo. El servicio de recepción es muy efectivo, personal muy amable. La piscina tiene una zona de solárium con tumbonas y otra zona pegada a la piscina con más tumbonas. El hotel tiene una sala de recreativos, supermercado, gimnasio y sala con baño para poder dejar el equipaje
