The backyard has a gas grilled seating for outdoor dining' as well. Washer and dryer are available. 4 houses from the beach, walking distance to shopping dining ,theater and amusement park. it's being completely renovated. Guest access You may use the backyard for grilling and eating and use side courtyard for relaxing and sunning yourselves. Thats where the two outside showers are located for rinsing off after the beach. Other things to note The owners do not allow guests book the property if they are under the age of 25 . Free parking is available on the street. 2 outdoor showers available to rinse off after the beach. Please remember to bring your bed linens, towels, beach towels and chairs. Beach badges may be borrowed during your visit with a $50 deposit cash per badge.
