Furnished back patio, living area with sofa bed, dining area, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with Queen size bed and 1 bathroom with bath tub included as well as a Smart TV, Wifi, and board games. We had a wonderful stay. Sandra responded quickly to our messages. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Our space was perfect for our family of 4, and the apartment was clean and inviting. Our only drawback was the parking. Tenant next door took up entire driveway space, so we had to park on the street, which took a toll on our brakes, as the hill was a little steep. Other than that, our stay was excellent and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Northern California.
