Close by the CAMBA Mountain Bike Trails - Single Track Capital of the Midwest
Adjacent to “Lincoln Community Forest” a 400 acre public forest with trails for hiking and skiing, also open to fishing and hunting.
Many hiking and waterfall opportunities nearby in Mellen, Ashland, Hayward and Bayfield.
This cabin is back in the woods a ways! It is 5 miles from the nearest paved road so your car may get dusty! Quiet weekend in the woods
Swung up to the Bayfield area for a fall getaway and this place was lovely. The house was cute and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck and incredible stargazing.

Fishing Opener
3 of my family members and I stayed at the cabin for the Wisconsin fishing opening weekend. It's in a beautiful setting down a very quiet dead-end road. The Lincoln Community Forest hiking trails are right across the road, and the very impressive Morgan Falls and St. Peter's Dome are in the national forest just a few miles away. We fished the Marengo river and nearby White river and caught a few brown trout. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. I would definitely consider staying again.

Family getaway
We wanted one last gasp of summer before school started and to check off a few more trails in our hiking book. We also wanted a place that was secluded and private. This was a perfect place. We had the privacy we were looking for with all the comforts of home! 40 minutes from the Apostole Islands and 15 minutes from Morgan Falls/St. Peter’s Dome. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Amazing remote cabin
My family and I had an amazing time here. The house and scenery are beautiful. The host were great and got back to me quickly if I had any questions. If you are looking for a place to vacation off the beaten path this is definitely what you are looking for.
