迪士尼加勒比海灘度假村(Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort)

Pésimo pésimo el trato. Ojo con dejar la tarjeta de crédito en el hotel, aunque no queda otra. Con la tarjeta Disney que te dan, q va asociada a la que haya dado, obvio, nos hicieron un cargo de más de 1000$ solo como fianza. Nos cobraron dos veces las entradas a los parques. Fuimos a pedir explicaciones al personal del hotel que fue incapaz de aclarárnoslo. Pedimos alguien que hablara español, nadie, solo una persona que trabajada en la cafetería, q era brasileña, entendía algo. No quisieron darnos comprobantes de los cargos en la tarjeta, ni sus apellidos para reclamar. Nos decían que pidiéramos explicaciones al parque cuando el cargo se había hecho desde el hotel. Tercera vez en Disney World y la que peor con diferencia. La habitación la limpiaron cada dos días, no cada día. El precio es de hotel de 5 estrellas y no llega un 3 español. El traslado a los parques en las telecabinas muy bien, aunque con colas largas, pero bueno, así todos esos días. Pero para ir magic Kingdom y animal Kingdom tienes que ir en el autobús, un desastre como otras veces, colas y más colas, aire acondicionado a tope cuando hacía menos de 20 grados en la calle. El des- ayuno con cubiertos de plástico y la calidad pésima, en un hotel e 400$ la noche…. Jamas volvería a coger un hotel Disney, y menos este. Ya no te llevan las compras a tu hotel como hacían antes, por alojarte en un hotel Disney, y la apertura a los parques con respecto al resto, es solo de media hora, que es como sin nada. Desastre total. Muy decepcionados. Cuidado con este hotel

Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Pegamos um quarto para 5 pessoas. Atendeu bem nossas expectativas para Disney. O bom é o deslocamento para os parques, pelo Skyliner e ônibus e a entrada antecipada. Isso vale a pena pois não precisamos de carro para os parques da Disney. Os restaurantes estão ok, nenhum que realmente surpreenda.

Hotel com área linda, quarto reformado sem carpete e acesso a dois parques por skyliner. Entretanto , não dei nota máxima porque o serviço de quarto foi ineficiente. Não tivemos camareira no dia seguinte a nossa chegada . Ligamos p a recepção e nos informaram que seria apenas a partir do terceiro dia. Tivemos que pedir novamente no quarto dia e só arrumaram no fim da tarde. Mas, para nossa (infeliz) surpresa, no dia do check out (que pode ser feito até as 11h), depois de chegarmos de madrugada do magic kingdom, fomos acordados as 8h da manhã com a camareira querendo arrumar o quarto. Acho q vale ficar no pop century se o grupo tiver ate 4 pessoas, já q o serviço de quarto é melhor , tem os mesmos benefícios e é mais barato.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, es super cerca de Epcot y Hollywood Studios. Tiene un lindo circuito para poder trotar. Me hubiera gustado que el comedor y mercado estén abiertos desde más temprano y hasta un poco más tarde (abren de 7 a 22)

Poor housekeeping , poor quality of food marred an otherwise great stay. The resort location is good with his access to skyliner and bus options. The main pool is good and every area has its own pool too. Rooms are nice, good spacious design. All areas had one or two freestyle coke machines so you didn't have to walk to main pool or lobby to fill resort mug. This was a good touch. Housekeeping was the biggest issue. They would reach the room late afternoon despite being a service on alternative days. This would invariably interrupt the day. Multiple phone calls to request early housekeeping didn't help. Even when the room was" cleaned", it wasn't. Trash would be left behind. Sheets unchanged. Quick service restaurant has a limited menu but the main issue is that the quality of food is bad. It was disappointing that these two issues spoiled the experience as the resort isn't cheap.

We paid for waterview room and didn't get even a puddle view room. The AC broke and leaked all over the room and the room next door we were also using. It was probably the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We will never return to this hotel. Not worth the cost, even with the Skyliner there.

Hotel carissimo, digno de 2 estrelas, péssima limpeza, tudo muito antigo e pagando 2 mil reais uma diária. É o fim da Disney. Estão limpando dia sim e dia não. Um quarto pequeno, antigo demais, banheiro todo remendado, e pagando preço de 5 estrelas.

Our family of three have just returned from a week long stay at CBR and we were very pleased that we chose this resort. On arrival we were slightly anxious as we were allocated a room in building 38, at the far end of the resort in the Trinidad section. This area is slightly remote compared with the other areas and looked to be a long way from both the pool and the skyliner. However, the rooms in this section are newly updated and lightly themed to the little mermaid, and are clean and spacious with massive amounts of storage. The room overall was excellent and it was no more than a 10 minute walk to the main Skyliner station, perhaps a little more to the main pool and restaurant although you had the option to take the internal shuttle if you needed. Bell services assisted us with getting the luggage to the room on the first night. I would say that the updates to the rooms in this area more than made up for the increased distance to the centre of the resort, and we enjoyed the walk through the beautiful grounds to get to where we were going (although it can be a chore in the hot weather after a while admittedly). There is a separate quick service restaurant in the area (Spyglass grill) which has a decent selection of snacks and meals, along with a pool which was around a 3-4 minute walk away. If you do stay in the Trinidad section then buildings 37 to 39 were the furthest away, with buildings 34 to 36 being closer to the resort transportation and main pool. The bus service to MK and AK was very good and we never waited more than 10 minutes for the bus, which always had plenty of room on board (even after MK fireworks which is the only occasion we had to stand). We tried all the resort restaurants, and while there was a long wait at the quick service restaurants even using mobile ordering, the food was decent. The pizzas at centre town market are good value for money and easily fed two adults and a child for under $20. Sebastian’s was a nice meal although it is a set menu so you probably wouldn’t eat there more than once. We went to the neighbouring Riviera resort to eat and try the breakfast at Toppolinos Terrace which was a very nice treat and was great fun meeting all the characters. The Skyliner was a massive plus for us and was perfect for early entry at both HWS and Epcot. It takes around 5 minutes to get to HWS and there were never any lines while we were there. Epcot is slightly further, but still early enough to be able to rope drop from the International Gateway. The only reasons I have not given 5 stars to this resort are 1) the extremely loud air con units in the rooms… these have not been updated as part the refurb and while they worked perfectly well, it did sound like sleeping on a plane. If you are ok with white noise you will probably be fine, but you may want ear plugs as it does turn on and off during the night and woke me a few times and 2) the distance of building 38 from the main resort and Skyliner (although the walk

We haven't been to Disneyworld in years. Booked this resort mostly based off the skyliner access. We were in the Aruba buildings and it was just steps to bus and skyliner. Rooms are just what you need at Disney, because you aren't in the room that much. We didn't go to the pool areas, but all looked nice. Also did not eat here, did read that the food wasn't good at the resort. Not a problem, you can take a quick bus to Disney Springs and find great food! There is a little fridge in the room which helps a lot. The only small complaint I have is that being so close the skyliner did cause a humming noise which did keep me up at night because I am a light sleeper, my son said he didn't even hear it. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again!
