El personal es muy amable. La habitación es comida, sin embargo tenua un poco de olor a humedad.

We loved our destination/resort. Our rooms was clean, and we stayed in the VIP area, which was absolutely fantastic. Our accommodation's were all we hoped they could be. The advertised hot tubs were not hot just pools with bubbles and the food was terrible. We took care of the staff each day but we were there for 9 days and were only permitted to book dinner 4 out of the 9 days. We would love to recommend Vista Sol, but we were get dissatisfied with the food.

1. The room is unsanitary and the toiletries are very poor. 2. More importantly, our body has been bitten by dozens of red and swollen areas caused by bugs on the bed. 3. The food was not fresh. On the first night of dinner on 12/24/2024, I had rotten shrimp and had diarrhea at night. The next day, they used the remaining shrimp for grilling on an iron plate. I thought it was new shrimp, but I ate it and immediately spat it out because I tasted the rotten meat. 4.On the third day, I saw again that the remaining shrimp was used by them to make risotto. I tried, but it's still the rotten shrimp from the previous two days. 5. I'm scared, I can't believe they're using leftover food in different ways to reappear on the table. I can't believe it they use leftover food from other restaurants to serve to customers again in the self-service restaurant.
