Hotel Riu Naiboa

Where do I start🤔 I guess the beginning, first off it was my birthday trip May 5th 2022 was check-in. Arriving at the hotel my name wasn't on the reservation anywhere, so this is the part where everything is about to start going down hill! 1. I had to pay out off pocket a extra $272.00 to accompany my fiance in the room. (Trip was already prepaid in full) 2. Someone said the property was newly renovated. (LIES) 3. Rooms were super small!! 4. I changed 3 rooms until I just settled. 5. The rooms were not cleaned 6. The next morning heading out for excursions May 6 I noticed a lot of little red bumps all over him. Got back to the room to inspect the bed (oh yeah, forgot to mention to you travelers that I have been in Hotel Management the last 13yrs) anywho the bed was infested with bedbugs!!!!! Had to move to another rooms. It was HORRIBLE!!!! 7. Food was eehhhh (I survived off of pineapple the entire stay) 8.Some of the staff was friendly especially kitchen staff 9.Upon check-out they didn't offer us not even a small discount even tho I paid damn near $300 at check-in on a fully prepaid reservation! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE TO ANYONE!!!¡!!!

Todo estaba lindo habitaciones, la comida etc

Es parte de un complejo de hoteles Riu en la playa Bávaro, este es de 4 estrellas y todo incluido, camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias y limpias, show con bailarines todas kas noches, discoteca El Pacha; alu se deben pagar lis tragos, a pesar de no estar a orilla de playa esta en segunda línea pero caminas por un boulevard comercial muy bonito y tienes un restaurant frente a la playa de blaca arena y agua turquesa, sillas para descansar

Hotel simples, mas muito bom, tudo incluído, gostei dos quartos,da comida e dos drinks, só acho que poderiam variar mais no todo, comidas, bebidas e sobremesas, mas tudo muito limpo e organizado, as atrações foram bem legais, de modo geral eu gostei bastante, não e um hotel muito grande, a piscina poderia ter mais uma, para crianças por exemplo, hotel bem familiar, como a viagem eu fiz sozinha e queria sossegar, na piscina foi quase impossível por ter muitas crianças, mas tudo certo eu aproveitei e me diverti, pessoal que trabalha no hotel muito simpático e atenciosos.No geral indico para famílias com crianças.

o Hotel é antigo, algumas coisas deixam a desejar e faltou água por 2 dias. Tive que votar p/ o Brasil sem um bom banho. Nunca passei por algo parecido em nenhum hotel. Sendo assim não tem como recomendar esse hotel. Fiquem nos outros RIU que compensa muito mais.
