We had a lovely stay at the Royalton! My boyfriend and I went for a relaxing weekend in the sun and got exactly that! There were many activities for kids as well if anyone wanted to come as a family. There is no need to leave the resort being there are multiple options for food and drinks! Nightlife was relatively quiet, but that is what we wanted.

La playa y el servicio de playa es de lo mejor, el personal en su mayoría son muy amables, las habitaciones son preciosas. Lo que no me permite darle una mejor puntuación es la comida, no es la mejor sobre todo el desayuno, deben trabajar mas en eso, y room service de lo peor, el último día de mi viaje ordené desayuno a mi habitación que nunca llegó! Pese a lo mala que es la comida volvería por la hermosa playa, la amabilidad de sus empleados, el ambiente nocturno y sus habitaciones. Gracias Royalton Bávaro.

Very disappointed! If you dont want to feel like a second-class citizen, do not go to this hotel. The hotel caters to VIP diamond club members and the regular guests are left to fend for themselves. The hotel advertises 4 a la carte restaurants, but if you're not a diamond club member, you WILL NOT get a chance to eat there. We had to wake up at 7am to make a line for reservations and still were unable to get a reservation on some of the restaurants. We were able to sign up for the steakhouse and ended up waiting 3 hours to get seated. Simply not worth the trouble. For the beach, I woke up at 6am every day to get beach chairs as they dont have enough chairs for the hotel guests. The food was subpar and the drinks were horrible (even the sodas were flat). The facilities are very limited, one tennis court, one pickleball court, one basketball court and you have to make a line for everything. We had 2 rooms and had to change them twice due to an unbearable smell of humidity. One of them was on top of the restaurant and the room smelled like barbecue. Glad they were able to change it for us. In the end, we still had to request for a dehumidifier, as the new rooms started to smell as well, but it worked fine. The majority of the staff was very nice and pleasant, others were very rude. We encountered so many guests who were complaining about the same things as us. I never write bad reviews, but this hotel needs to do better.

Note that transportation was through Nexus Travel- not the hotel- awesome service. Will never return to Royalton Bravaro. We spent $10,487.00 CND for 3 rooms for our family. Unless you are Diamond Club you will not receive any service or will never be able to get a reservation at a restaurant unless you wait in line starting at 5pm for over an hour until the restaurant opens at 6 and take your chances if there is availability. 9 out of 10 employees were rude and unhelpful unless you had a tip in your hand or if you were Diamond Club. We were also asked to pay $50USD per person (group of 5) to reserve Christmas Eve Dinner at an all inclusive resort-absolutely ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly anywhere and we have travelled all over the world. Food was underwhelming. Service at the buffet which is where we had no choice but to eat 5 out of the 7 nights was awful. Most times seated with no cutlerly or napkins. Forget about getting water or any drinks either. As soon as they see the white wrist band, they look away. (Black wrist bands identify Diamond Club). There was always a shortage of pool towels- I had to use our same towels for the 7 days we were there to ensure we had some. Will never return and ******* you should not endorse this hotel. Positive reviews if you read are only from Diamond Club people.

I hate the noisy AC and fire alarm blinking for 3 times a minute…it caused isomnia for myself and my son for the whole trip. Therefore not reconsider come back, I am sorry but sleeping is very important on our vacation, all other services very nice, staff, actvities, we appeciate.

We absolutely loved this hotel. So beautiful, and the decor was so elegant. The nicest people from the man who helped us with our check in and luggage to all the workers at the pool bar and restaurants. We were very impressed by this amazing hotel! We will definitely come back.

La decoracion muy bonita. Los empleados atentos. La limpieza de las habitaciones excelente. El unico detalle fue en el bufet había un insecto en la comida lo reporte y rápidamenteun empleadomanejo la situación. Además uno de mis acompañantes se dio un golpe por una caida en el área de la piscina y no podía caminar se pidio una silla de rueda y me indicaron que no había disponible q se tenia q contratar ese servicio para llevarlo a la clinica del hotel. Un empleado muy amablemente lo transportó en carrito de golf una vez q logro llegar al 1er piso del edificio.

Nos fuimos totalmente complacidos con nuestra estadía en el hotel y definitivamente que vamos a volver fueron unos días súper divertidos nos encantó todo. El día de espuma en la piscina fue espectacular. La atención de los meseros muy buena son muy atentos y amables y muy complacidos también con la camarera que nos hizo un súper detalle en la habitación muy contentos muchas graciasss por toda su atención
