Prachtige suite op een fantastische locatie. De service is echter slecht. Bij inchecken werd ons beloofd dat we op dezelfde kamer mochten blijven ivm nog een andere reservering. Die belofte werd de volgende dag echter niet nagekomen. Een passende oplossing werd eveneens niet geboden. We konden annuleren terwijl we dan alle kosten moesten betalen. Bovendien wordt op de site van Trip beweert dat een binnen zwembad is inbegrepen en dat is niet het geval. Tegen een flinke toeslag van 80 GEL per dag mag je gebruik maken van het zwembad. De volgende keer boek ik een ander hotel

This hotel is in a very good location, near to the sea and not far from ancient city. The rooms don't have the front view to the sea, but anyway the view is awesome. The staff is very welcome, many thanks to Megi and Amine for their help.

Nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel. Notre chambre au 37ᵉ étage sentait fortement les égouts dès l’ouverture de la porte, ce qui est inacceptable pour 600 € la nuit. J’ai même pris une photo des tuyaux de la salle de bain pour documenter le problème. Heureusement, le service de chambre et le personnel du petit-déjeuner étaient très gentils. En revanche, l’accueil pourrait être plus souriant. Globalement, malgré la gentillesse de certains membres du personnel, l’expérience a été très décevante. Sur tout qu’on était avec un enfant de 3ans.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we have ever had. Honestly, it doesn’t even meet the standards of a one-star hotel. The lobby and rooms are filled with an extremely unpleasant odor that never goes away. The staff have almost no knowledge of English, which makes communication very difficult. Cleanliness is extremely poor — the rooms are not well maintained at all. Something as simple as asking for a box of tissues became frustrating; I had to call reception three times, and they still did not care to provide it. There were no basic amenities such as toiletries, dental kits, or even tea bags in the room. The safe box wasn’t available either. Overall, it felt like the management simply does not care about guests’ comfort. Please don’t waste your money here — there are much better options around that can make your trip memorable for the right reasons, not the wrong ones.
