My husband and I stayed here one night after finishing up some business in Kalamazoo. We enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good. I'm not going to complain about what they did or did not offer due to covid -- I've traveled to too many places where there is no breakfast in the morning and you make do on your own. Any offering, to me, is a plus. The only thing about this hotel that I didn't care for: the walls seemed extremely thin -- I could hear the tv in the next room doing its automatic smart device turn-on thing. When someone checked into that room, I don't think the person was being overly loud, but we could hear most of what went on all the same. Even so, it was a pleasant stay.

The staff there are very friendly and helpful when needed. The place has 24/7 coffee and hot water. They always have change for the washer and dryer, which by the way cost way less than most hotels will charge. The free breakfast was great, especially the hash browns. They also, keep up with house keeping and restock your room. The manager was always on site during the day, was caring about his customers stay, and made the stay more pleasant. I hope in the future I can go back and stay there again.

周邊有大型超市三家，隨時進行補給。步行可以到達，酒店地處底特律和芝加哥的中間環節，真的不錯。白人較多。但是周邊的小鎮上晚間會有黑人。安全OK的
