I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The first room on the 4th floor smelt heavily like mildew. The front desk person was helpful and moved us to another room. The issue then was that our safe was broken, which we told the front desk every day and nothing was done. In addition my room was only cleaned twice. They would come at 8 am to clean and if we told them to come back they just never came back. One of the days I went to the front at about 10 am to ask if they could clean the room and the lady working reception said "It ain't going happen today, we have to clean the rooms that are checking out". Excuse me? So the priority is not the guests who booked a longer stay but getting rooms clean just in case people check in? We were staying longer as my student was moving into LSU for school.
