It starts from entering the hotel. Its raining cats and mouse and the guards and people stood like a statue instead of helping us to get in with the luggae or greet us at the hotel gate. We ignored it but then the sockets in teh room are faulty and loose no electrical equipment was properly switching on. We were in room no 310. We have to adjust every time. The kettle kept in the room had filth and dirct and was not cleaned. It was to be chnaged which took another 30 minutes. Then when we ordered food we were committed customised veg platter but it came with all those items which we especially asked not to be there i.e. mushroom and soya chop. When informed they said its our standard we cannot help it. Then why you committed when we were ordering. Then we had to take hot bath there was hot water running in taps. They said you are strange that you take hot water bath in rainy season. they instead of realising there deficiency they were questioning our willing ness. THen again they said that we will provode the hot water in bucket but they failed and atlast standard reply we do not provide hot water. All iin all a useless hotel. Do not waste mpney arranging for your guests and function here. The guest may not tell you the deficiencies and negatives but definitely will take a negative opinion.
