東蘭辛大學廣場萬豪飯店(Marriott East Lansing at University Place)

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. There is paid parking under the hotel, but it is validated by the hotel front desk. Free parking is a bonus. The staff at the front desk were so kind and made us feel welcome. The location is lerfect. In the heart of East Lansing and across the street from bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Not handicapper friendly. Decent shower but slippery and no grab bars in toilet area. Very narrow for wheelchair. Requested handicap accessible room but only regular room available when we checked in. Front desk people seemed surly… like we were bothering them to request a luggage cart. Asked if there were towels at pool, said they didn ‘t know. If two adults wanted a Big 10 weekend, it would be great, but not for kids.

Was not aware that booking through an online service like ********** precludes my rewards from being recognized...also, also had to get the free internet/wifi which I am supposed to get credited off but would have been charged otherwise, had to call down to the front desk 2 times to have security from midnight till 2:30 come up and to tell other guests to be quiet...at $300/night, would have expected better, 2nd time was told they sent them to the 7th floor not the third... complained to the front desk and they said they would credit the the Wifi and parking as if it was something they did... Sunday parking is free because of the church next door, I should have had the internet free because of my rewards...so they diid nothing...Will never stay there again!

Very friendly front desk staff, convenient parking, great location, nice bar.

Pool was closed for maintenance despite being told it was open. Coffee maker in room did not work. Room was not as clean as expected. Public restroom in lobby did not have hand soap for the two days I stayed there. For a place that touts it’s Cleanliness and attention to detail I was not impressed. Overall it was fine - but I have found much better conditions at Holiday Inn. This stay was not worth the extra cost.

Clean comfortable rooms and an airport shuttle. Right next to the university. That is all I want

Great stay! Very clean and updated! I was there visiting my college student and loved how close everything was to the hotel!!
