酒店環境一流，就在河邊，裝修新穎，房內可望到河景，酒店有泊車位可泊車，酒店餐廳的景觀一流，自助早餐美味。

location比較一般，很安靜，但是去離火車站及景點有一定的距離。工作人員很好，但是103房間的花灑幾乎放不出熱水。洗澡像在打仗。工作人員來看過也無濟於事

The bed was comfortable and amazing. Although the carpet could be renewed. And all the furniture to either be old antique or 21st century, not 1 million years old that makes your room look a bit untidy the bathroom was great

乾淨，溫暖，不錯。離洗浴站步行一個小時，但是步行道很好。床上用品乾淨，出水好，沒有單獨的洗髮水，所以我用它當沐浴露，但是浴室旁邊的地方出來的效果不太好，而且洗髮也不好。房間雖小，但我很滿意。

I did not stayed there. Cancelled my trip. Couldn’t get a refund as I booked a non-refundable booking.

Take me 29 minutes to check Inn, and heater not functioning. Parking have to pay .

Lovely location right next to the river. Had everything you needed, was clean and had a bar/restaurant on site

The room is decent but a bit old. The staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is facing a very beautiful and peaceful view. my family and I enjoy the stay so much. One thing you have to be aware is the car park is narrow and steep. not suitable to drive there with a big car!

Extremely disappointed with the service from the moment we got there. Booked a Superior Room with River View and were told that there had been an error and we would have to be moved to a smaller room. Offered a meal as compensation. Moved to another room on day 2. This was a triple room with twin beds pushed together. unacceptable. Found that the plumbing did not work correctly. Toilets not flushing - backing up to the sink. Sink overflowed on the bathroom floor. Unable to bath or shower due to this. Moved to a third room, again not as requested. Given a bottle of prosecco for my "wife's birthday", later told this was compensation for the problems. Made a claim through ******* who have been advised that as the hotel would not refund any of the money paid they could do nothing. ******* & the Hotel managed to ruin my wife's birthday present - un-acceptable. recommendation do not use either.

Location was beautiful. Internally nicely decorated. Externally scruff poorly maintained gardens paintwoork decking etc. Room servicing was very poor. Bed not made Toilet roll not replenished. (We ran out) some areas were very dusty. We paid for a premium room with a view. Breakfast was nice, but less choice than other cheaper places that we've stayed, especially if you wanted something other than the fried offering. Staff were slow to service the hot food, empty containers or containers with a couple of dried out offerings left for long periods. Disappointing stay. Didnt eat in the restaurant for evening meals based on breakfast. But found a great pub with outstanding food and service 1 mile away called the George (Bathampton)

This hotel is tired, needs updating externally and bringing into the modern age. Dietary requirements not catered for, No disabled access. Rooms hot and cramped in 'Lodge' Car parking a nightmare, noisy early mornings, Never stay here again
