I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic! The host was so helpful and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!) Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too. Thank you very much!

The hotel was very nice with all the amenities available. It’s just less than 10 mins walking from the town center. Parking slots are also available. The breakfast was amazing.

Ein B&B mit Charme, sehr guter Lage direkt beim Henrietta-Park und in 10 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Zentrum. Hübsch eingerichtet mit Stil und mit einem wunderbaren Gatheber namens Toni. Toni macht ein sensationelles Frühstück und ist äusserst nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Ladestation für das E-Auto war sehr praktisch. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen!

Everything about this b an b is 5 star, from the initial greeting from Toni, to the time we said goodbye everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean everywhere, large room with two chairs, a fridge, plenty of heating and hot water, air con if needed and a lovely cosy bed. A great choice for breakfast and parking on site, what more could anyone want.

This is a beautifully presented b&b within an easy walk of the centre of Bath together with free parking. The top quality accommodation has soon lovely extra thoughtful touches. Toni the host is both friendly professional and produces quite superb quality food. All in all highly recommended.

Senza dubbio una delle migliori strutture dove soggiornare a Bath. All'arrivo si viene accolti da Tony, il proprietario, un signore gentilissimo e premuroso di origini italiane che parla anche la nostra lingua che ci ha subito consigliato cosa vedere a Bath e i ristoranti migliori dove mangiare. La camera era perfettamente pulita, luminosa e invitante in perfetto stile inglese con un'ottima attenzione al dettaglio. Abbiamo gradito molto le fette di torta, il bollitore e le bustine da tè che erano state preparate prima del nostro arrivo e che ci hanno permesso di fare un'ottima merenda pomeridiana! Accappatoi, TV con NetFlix e bagno spazioso si aggiungono ai punti forti della camera. La colazione è un altro punto forte della struttura: viene servita in una bellissima stanza da pranzo molto curata con tovaglie ad ogni tavolo. Ogni tavolo ha il proprio menù dove è possibile scegliere tra moltissime opzioni: dalla frutta fresca ai Pain au chocolat e alle girelle danesi. Ovviamente non manca la classica colazione all'inglese con uova, bacon e fagioli. Io ho optato per la loro versione del porridge con yogurt, banane e miele: una vera delizia per il palato! La struttura si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Putney Bridge e dal centro. Molto utile la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto per chi ne avesse bisogno

Lovely hosts who were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about our stay and things to do. Our room was a good size and had all the tea and coffee extras we could've asked for. A great breakfast too, lots of options, and we were spoilt for choice! The location is not too far of a walk from the centre, with a lovely park nearby. Highly recommend and we'd go back if were to ever visit Bath again

This is a lovely find. It is an immaculately clean and well kept B&B which has got more of the vibe of a small boutique hotel about it. There are five double rooms and a residents lounge and dining room. Guests can also use the small but well kept garden. The host, Tony, could not have been more welcoming and he took care to help us with our visit to Bath and choices of restaurants etc. From the front door of the B&B to the Roman baths is about 10 minutes walk on the flat. It is about 20 minutes up to the Royal Crescent up a reasonably steep incline. The area and streets surrounding the B&B are quiet for such a centrally located property. Breakfast at the B&B was absolutely top notch with a choice of dishes aswell as a huge full English. I enjoyed the Eggs Benedict very much. There is car parking on site for about 5 cars but several of the guests were rail travellers when we were there so there was no difficulty parking. Thank you Tony. This is undoubtedly one of the best B&Bs I have personally stayed in.

This was one of the most satisfying and comfortable stays we have ever experienced. Toni is the Host and he is an absolute Gentleman and understands the art of hospitality. Our room was immaculate, breakfast superb. The location of Chestnuts House could not be better for exploring the City by foot. Park the car for your stay and walk everywhere. Our stay was wonderful, Thank You Tony. Tony and Meg.

Wow, just Wow... This place was a veritable home from home with added luxury and comfort. Stayed in room 2 which was a superior room. It was plush, great quality, 2 windows over looking the leafy garden & front, with a very comfortable large double bed, and a superb en-suite. There were even little trimmings that made the room even better though... slice of cake on the dresser each afternoon, tea & coffee facilities, good quality bathroom gels & shampoos, and even a proper toothbrush holder. We couldn't fault the room at all. Couldn't fault the breakfasts either, which were excellent and a lot of choice; Pastries, full English, Salmon & eggs, Eggs Benedict, cereals, fruit; all with lashings of toast & Tea/Coffee. All freshly made or prepared by Toni the host. Only issue was an expanding waistline. Chestnuts also has parking, a luxury in Bath, and is a short 5-10 minute stroll over Pulteney Bridge to the Abbey, Baths & Bath centre. Great location, quiet too. Toni was a great host. Welcoming and helpful with sights, eateries & directions. If we're ever down that way again, we'd use Chestnuts as our base again. Recommend. Baldwin: 15-19 May 2023

We stayed at Chestnuts House for one night. It was an excellent stay. Free parking which is always a bonus. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had air conditioning. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was superb with a great range of choice. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Accommodations were just right. A short walk and you are in the heart of Bath. Breakfast was a welcome amenity and done perfectly. Tony is the consummate host, helpful in all ways. We’d go back again! Their high rating on TripAdvisor is well-earned.

This hotel has been absolutely great. Our host “Tony” gave us all the correct tips to visit Bath. The room was so clean I felt compelled to taking my shoes off to come in. We arrived a bit earlier than we said we would, and they hurried to clean the room and let us in before the agreed time. Breakfast was incredible, and the freshest croissants ever made it an excellent experience! Its location is very convenient, we slept very well due to the silence at night. The hotel has gardens, and our room had a private garden on terrace.
