我和丈夫在3505年住了2晚。這個度假村非常適合各種旅行者,商務,獨奏情侶或家庭!體面的早餐從早上6點開始傳播,以便您可以在一天之前吃一頓豐盛的飯菜。有一個遊戲室,有檯球桌,飛和足球桌 - 朋友,家庭和情侶的樂趣。一個巨大的游泳池,適合成人和孩子,一個寧靜的溫泉和一個兒童房間,供小朋友使用。房間,雖然有些人評論說有點陳舊,但維護得很好!電視頻道很多,房間面積寬敞,一切都運作良好。更不用說它很乾淨,明亮,有很多自然光。我們被升級到套房,泳池景色不錯。酒店場地總是乾淨。我們遇到了景觀美化人員,讓他們的植物整潔。游泳池裏沒有一片落葉!日光浴牀保持乾燥,爲客人乾淨。巴淡假日酒店的所有工作人員都用友好的服務讓我們微笑,即Dinda,Ocha,Raya和Anga(我希望我拼寫正確)早餐時,我沒能在餐廳獲得工作人員的名字幾個小時,但我希望管理層看到這篇文章後也會向他們表示我的讚揚。廚師,現場車站廚師和所有服務人員每當看到我們時都會迎接我們。他們迅速清理盤子,並提供新鮮沖泡的咖啡(焦糖拿鐵很好!)。還有 kudos 爲保持我們的房間新鮮而進行客房清潔。位置略微在市區外,但我們在 Grab 任何地方都沒有問題。還有 - 歡迎餅乾很好吃!:)

Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

Service were on point. From security to reception staff,they all have a good vibrant vibes. It feels good to be there.Not forgetting the housekeepers too. One thing that needsto be better is the breakfast. Serving the same fried riceand fried noodles on every morning is abit too much.Definitely theres room for improvements. Overall im ahappy guest. Keep it up. For sure I will be back and hope tosee some improvements

Room had musty smell when entered and pillow smells. I understand that it's due to covid and hence businesses are on halt etc etc. However, to keep the high standard of a 4 stars hotel. I believe smells are a big no no 😳 and p/s: I didn't dare sleep cos of the smells and it somehow make me feel everything is yucky 😰 sorry

Very nice place staff Mr kendra and Ms friza extremely helpful ...with alot of facities best thing is breakfast I thought it will be prblm for us as we are vegetarian but they had very nice food and the room also very nice clean with the great view. Overall great experience with affordable price

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. 房間整體比較乾淨，海景不錯，尤其是高層。週六晚燒烤之夜有歌手現場表演，就是燒烤機衹有一個，需要排長隊。除了週五週六，午飯晚飯很少有人在一樓餐廳吃，有時候會導致食材不太新鮮。但店家態度很好，碰到食材不新鮮的菜，經告知（其實並沒有投訴），主動送了果盤到房間。總體對服務態度比較滿意。

位於巴淡中心中心的不錯的商務酒店。房間很乾淨,衣櫃聞起來像新。廁所有集成坐浴盆,而且淋浴,維護得很好。早餐很好,有各種當地和西餐選擇。由有動力的人提供,當你需要他們時會幫助你。我不給5星的原因是我覺得價格/質量不正確。在我看來,價格太高了,特別是當你不得不額外支付早餐時。如果你是商人,這將是完美的酒店,爲您住宿。對於休閒來說,它也是一個很好的酒店,但那邊還有其他酒店,他們將爲您提供足夠的50%的價格,我爲這家酒店支付。

酒店整體還是不錯的，外面看着也挺氣派的，工作人員熱情。去商場，夜市或者去海邊距離都不遠。巴淡島用grab還是很方便的。酒店有點年頭，所以走進大堂時有點味道，房間裏冷氣很足，有陽台可以通風。
