巴淡島中心Batam Grand Mosque附近住宿

The best ever Hotel and it's my always first choice when come to Batam. Perfect cleanliness, the room is so comfortable. The feeling of enjoyment during holiday especially with family. The staff are firiendly and helpful. The look presentable and proffesional. The receptionist ms. Cahaya & ms. Ega are beautiful and will make you feel like comes again. Lastly i will never forget the moment in Santika Batam & Santika Garut till now. Santika will always be my best hotel ever.

酒店位置很好，就在碼頭旁邊，去新加坡，馬來西亞很方便.酒店對面有一個阿拉伯風格的公園.公園旁邊有一個大型購物中心.入住時，前台免費提供飲料，小盒巧克力.酒店房間乾淨整潔，入住體驗很好，關鍵是價格還很親民，還會再來入住.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. 一到酒店。嚇我一跳，以為司機行錯咗去了印度廟，確定冇錯後，酒店業前台服務非常熱情，酒店衞生環境還可以，唯一唔好就是酒店比較多印度人入住，另外房間的被套比舊還有一個煙頭洞，但價錢同酒店服務衞生性價比超值，要求性價比的就選這間吧。酒店後邊有一間新開嘅美食廣場，價錢也非常實惠的

這是我們第一次入住洛維納客棧,因爲我們想嘗試一下巴塔姆中心我們最喜歡的酒店以外的其他地方。我們沒有期望,知道這是3-star的建立。到達CNY夜,入住很順利。房間簡單幹淨--看起來好像是最近裝修過的。首先出錯的是房間找到一根柱子(見圖)。這沒什麼,直到我妻子的裙子被一根鋁帶的尖角鉤住,把柱子上不同顏色的鑲板分開。我檢查發現所有的鋁帶都有尖角,每個都能夠衣服,還能切人皮。這些鋁帶的形狀各異,這樣粗心大意的人的腿、和臉部都可以被切掉。我向接待處提出了這個投訴,他們派了管家來檢查危險,然後....我們整個入住期間什麼都沒做,絕對什麼都沒做。諷刺的是,大廳裏的一個類似的柱子,其鋁條上所有的鋒利邊緣都排列得平整,房間裏的另一個危險就是淋浴噴頭。浴室的水壓是水池的水龍頭的可憐-只是細流,沒有熱水。另一方面,淋浴的水壓是一股急流,可能會變得非常熱。不幸的是,淋浴屏只覆蓋了一半開口的寬度,所以洗澡意味着浴室的其餘部分被淹了。這也沒有幫助,因爲屏幕與牆壁有間隙,浴室地板傾斜着遠離淋浴區。爲了減少洪水,人們必須站在淋浴室附近,同時保持水流的適度。不幸的是,這導致淋浴龍頭經常被不經意的推到身體,導致不合身的淋浴頭從支架上飛下來摔到地板上,有時先撞頭(哎!!!)酒店還承諾提供免費洗漱用品(多)。所有提供的是安裝在牆上的淋浴洗髮水,我猜想它可用作洗髮水。壁面自動售貨機在按壓時經常卡住,在重新使用前必須先掉。總之,在這家酒店淋浴是一個不容忘記的冒險。我們選擇了每天的早餐,儘管之前的評論警告我們選擇是有限的和不變的。第一天上午是可以接受的,儘管選擇有限。我們沒有對3-star酒店期望太多。假期週末酒店開始滿滿的時候,我們第二天才發現,到我們下來吃早餐的時候,我們只剩下咖啡/茶和麪包/吐司&麪包。這是早上9點-早餐應該是6-10am的。向服務人員或接待人員提出投訴時,都聽到了無可奈何的嘆息。沒有上蓋;廚房沒有爲客人的涌入做好充分的準備。第三天早餐稍微好一點,但後來我們早上8點下來。最後的惱火是,我們發現這是少數幾家酒店之一

薩希德巴淡中心酒店及會議酒店地理位置優越,位於巴淡中心的中心,那裏的豪華和家居比比皆是。這是一家老酒店,但它維護得很好,與現代生活方式相連,靠近當地烹飪,並有屋頂酒吧的娛樂活動。工作人員熱情好客,樂於助人。薩希德巴淡中心酒店適合商務和個人使用。總的來說,薩希德巴淡中心酒店和會議是很好的住宿酒店。享受!

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.

酒店設施很完善，室內室外泳池都挺大。酒店服務人員很熱情。酒店位置有點兒偏僻，但是這樣豪華的酒店偏點兒也無所謂了。旁邊有高爾夫⛳️，邊游泳可以欣賞無邊的美景。

服務非常好。 工作人員總是面帶微笑，幫忙開門和行李。 非常非常舒服的床。 安靜的空調、熱水淋浴、訊號強的無線網路始終可用。 商場就在對面。 對面也有很多按摩。 下面的美食廣場也供應早餐。 9 樓有空調，可以看到巴淡島的美景。 還會再來的。

Mine was a business trip for 3months.PanBil is one of the best hotels in Batam.Rooms were well maintained.But as am from India I would suggest PanBil to serve Indian Foods (Idly,Dosa varieties)We were more than 20ppls staying in Panbil. Things to improve 1) Transport Facility 2)Serve Indian Food Murdani and Nuri are so responsible in their duties.I would give them 5stars
