On all 3 mornings, hot breakfast food was not fully stocked, waiting time to be seated was 10 minutes, quality of cooked food was poor. USB socket in room didn’t work, when I told reception, no offer was made to fix it - I had to spend the morning finding a shop with a USB plug as I was phone-less and watch less due to not being able to charge them! Taxis are a joke! It would have been nice to be told to pre-book taxis. I had a 1.5hiur wait time for a taxi and in the end decided to make the 45 minute walk to my destination. On arrival, information overload about Everything!! After a long drive I want to check in, get to my room and have a shower - try putting a guest information pack in the room, one presented in an easy to read format rather than the A4 piece of paper that I’m sure no one reads.
Staff were not particularly friendly / warming. And forgot a late lie in as the cleaning staff are not particularly quiet in the mornings. I was looking forward to my stay and have to say I was massively disappointed.
