巴斯科公寓

這是一家位於菲律賓巴丹群島省巴丹島上的不錯的飯店。巴丹島設施有限，Residencia de Basco對巴丹來說是一家非常不錯的飯店。工人們都非常友善，並且盡其所能地做好工作。游泳池很棒，飯店距離海灘僅幾步之遙。空調非常有效，但走廊是露天的。餐廳空調適中。房間裡備有充足的洗髮精和肥皂，還有刮鬍套件和化妝套件以及兩個牙刷套件。我們入住時門鎖壞了，但我們一通知飯店就修好了。 然而，對於旅客來說，這家旅館還有很多不足之處。房間很乾淨，但我們住的三天從未提供過服務。這家餐廳很重要，因為步行距離內的餐飲設施有限，但沒有可靠地營業。飲料的選擇很奇怪，有多種類型的啤酒，但沒有蘇打水。當要求客房服務時，飯菜被放在托盤上，托盤被拿走了。由於即使留在外面的走廊上，他們也不會收集餐具，因此需要平衡多個餐具才能將它們帶回廚房。為了保護工作人員，他們一看到我們端著盤子（當然第二天），就跑過來把盤子從我們手中拿走。當我們在出發前一天晚上（20:00）去結算帳單時，因為我們需要在凌晨 05:45 離開，我們被告知只接受現金。當我們支付現金時，我們被告知沒有零錢，我們可以在早上取零錢。到了早晨，仍然沒有任何變化。 Wifi 運作時很好，但他們使用一次性優惠券，每次裝置失去 WiFi 訊號時都需要更新。大約 40% 的優惠券不起作用，我們每天多次為兩台設備請求優惠券，在短短三天內使用了大約 30 張不同的優惠券。由於飯店沒有手機覆蓋，無線網路是保持聯繫的唯一方法。 總而言之，這是一次愉快的住宿，但只需付出很少的努力和培訓，情況本來可以更好。

食事は朝食しかない

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee was rubbish. The wifi was hopeless to connect. Every day go to the office for a new code. Sometimes twice a day. No mention of cash only till departure checkout! No warning at all! Only one person working in the afternoon. To get a drink you have to go the office and wait for her to come to the bar. The tv was not working when we arrived and again the last night. We had no tv the last night. To get tea or coffee you have to go to the dinning room and find it yourself then take it to your room. First day a blocked drain and a flooded bathroom. I would not ever go back there. Never an apology for anything.

IWe went to Batanes last December , 2024 for a special celebration with friends and family. We stayed in the hotel for NYE and left a few days after. Let me tell you, this is the worst hotel ever! First of all, it had no elevator. That would have been alright except that there was no one to help you with your luggage so tough luck if you're booked on the 3rd floor and have health issues. Second, our room was not exactly clean when we checked in. The toiletries were lacking and we had to ask the front desk if there was any that were provided for guests. The cabinets had a cockroach. The shower drainage was clogged. Third, no one made up our room even if we constantly put the "make up room" sign . They couldn't provide fresh towels because the cant dry them up fast enough because the hotel does not have a dryer. This was the case for our sons' room and our friends' rooms as well. Fourth, the slippers were paper thin and were quite slippery when used along the corridors especially if the corridors were wet after the rain. Fifth, the dining was closed for dinner one night because the entire dining staff went on leave! We had to go the neighboring hotel to eat. Not that the food in their dining hall was that great either. During NYE, there was only one, and I mean ONE staff for the entire hotel! He was receptionist, housekeeping, porter, dining, maintenance, first aid, and manager! That's why none of our rooms were made up that day! He was the one checking in guests while cleaning the rooms at the same time! I spoke with the manager and she admitted they were understaffed by half. Such poor management! Look, Batanes is a beautiful place. It is a bucket list for local and even foreign tourists. This hotel spoiled what would have been a perfect vacation for all of us. My suggestion is to stay in Fundacion Pacita. Or maybe anywhere else but this hotel.

PROS Newly built hotel, clean-looking (rooms and facilities), picturesque fascade Super friendly and helpful staff Rooms are cleaned/made-up every day. Towels are replaced daily. Water dispensers are available on every floor. Pitcher for water are available for every room. CONS Very limited to no signal (for call and text) for Philippine mobile carriers No signal (for mobile data) for Philippine mobile carriers Breakfast is not consistent (quality degrades/diminishes from day to day). No espresso machine Not all Cable TV channels are available all throughout our stay. Foreign channels (HBO, FOX, etc) were available on our first day but were no longer available the next day onwards. Internet connection over wifi is not good, almost unusable at times. Daily need to go the the lobby to ask for voucher to access internet.

Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. sheets smell good. They are on soft opening and this is disclosed so service is rather slow especially in the restaurant. Stayed with family so if travelling in group it's an ideal place when visiting breath-taking Batanes.
