1863店與房間

我們已經在湖裡待了一個星期，享受了一個愉快的步行假期，我們的酒店很不錯，但我們想要昨晚好好享受一下。我們預訂了山牆套房和 7 道菜的品嚐菜單以及葡萄酒之旅。因此，我們很幸運，能夠參觀許多優秀的米其林品質場所，大部分都在倫敦出差。因此，為了比較和說一個命名的輪廓遊戲，我會說 1863 拳頭很重。服務和歡迎都是一流的，經驗豐富的侍酒師非常注重細節，對工作充滿熱愛，女服務員知識淵博，很高興，廚師和他的團隊簡單美味，創意十足，精美呈現和交付。事實上，從開胃小菜到起司，每道菜都突然成為我的最愛。房間是我所說的五星級，超越裝飾設施的品質和對細節的關註一塵不染，真的非常好。這不是一次便宜的體驗，但就成本而言，它實際上可以與其他地方的5 星級體驗相媲美，但事實上，它位於世界上一個美麗的地方，而且它的水平讓你感到驚訝。有很多很棒的酒店和餐廳在我們嘗試過最多的距離內，所有這些都很好，但我認為 1863 毫無疑問地勝出

We had room 8 which is a lovely room with every detail thought of except the windows did not open and the underfloor heating was too hot with no control. The duvet was too thick and the mattress did not suit us. However the room is beautifully equipped and laid out . Dinner is a 3 course liitle choice affair and we felt the quality of the cooking was only ok..with the exception of my halibut which was top notch. Breakfast however was super. Overall too expensive for the total package but staff were lovely and maybe we are a bit picky but I want to give an honest review, otherwise there is no point. To us 6 out of 10.

We stayed in room 6 which was great and has a lovely bathroom everything spotless clean and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be definitely come back. Pooley Bridge never been before but a gem of a place not to far to walk to see the lake.
