Great Family Trip! This is a beautiful and expansive property. The kids loved the mini golf, nightly smores, pools, and the space to run and be kids! Our only struggle was that there are many different levels throughout the property (separated by many steps or sometimes 2-5 steps) so if traveling with a stroller, this may be tough, just fyi. Otherwise, excellent staff and service.

Outstanding Resort with Top Notch Service I stayed here over New Year's Eve and it was spectacular. They made it such a fun experience with unexpected snow (machine) to ring in the New Year, live music, s'mores around the fire pit and more! It was a special vacation for sure. Had a great meal at Bob's and at Crenshaws. Rooms were spacious and cozy and the grounds were beautiful. Furthermore, this hotel had the best guest service I've ever encountered. Every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Pilar Villeneuve at check in told me that I had two reservations showing up in the system but I didn't show that in my reservation. I was so concerned that I would get charged for another non-refundable room and she mentioned that she would fix it without any problem and wanted my stay to be stress and worry free. Christian the valet unloaded all my luggage which was waiting for me in my room by the time I arrived and Jeff happily helped me take my luggage back to the car when I left and offered me a bottle of water for the road trip. Our waitresses at Bob's Steakhouse and Crenshaws were also both exceptional. I'd highly recommend for a special getaway!

By far, this is my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, the representative asked what brought us in, and I mentioned it was my birthday and that my husband and I had decided on a short getaway, driving in from Louisiana to Austin. To my surprise, he instantly upgraded us to a suite. The next morning, I ran into the same representative in the hallway, and he addressed me by name, asking if I had enjoyed my birthday. I was impressed that he remembered, especially with the number of guests staying at the resort and all the activity around us. That evening, while enjoying the Christmas activities, I had a brief but pleasant conversation with the events coordinator, Shelby. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up running into her 2-3 more times during our stay. Each time, she addressed us by name and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Later, when we were deciding on dinner, another representative we spoke to surprised us by comping a drink for both me and my husband. While complimentary perks are always nice, what truly impressed me was the consistent, personalized attention from every single staff member. Each person we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure that our stay would be memorable. Our valets, Colin and Tyler, were incredibly kind and attentive. A new standard has been set, It’s a place I will undoubtedly visit again for years to come.

Over rated resort The hotel was fine - but the “resort” pool areas were terribly maintained - kids splash area had leaves and no cleanliness - adult pool area was being re painted with a toxic smelling sealant - which vapors spread not only in that pool area and hot tub but wafted over the entire set of pools - terrible it was done on a Sunday afternoon on an otherwise sunny day Miniature golf area and back bar was closed - even at 1pm in a Sunday afternoon - no drink service or food service available Thor near the pools

Absolutely wonderful hotel and trip I brought my kids here for a work/family trip and we had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, the property is gorgeous, the staff at Omni hotels are always the most courteous and kind. It was perfect for our work/vacation. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Too expensive unless you are golfing Really nice upscale resort; however, if you aren't there to golf then this is not the resort for you. Everything from the rooms to the valet parking is overly expensive. At night, there is no entertainment for adults except for 1-man bands in the lobby lounge. During the day the adults only pool is crowded. Not sure why they have two pools for families and kids, and only one for adults. Everything you eat or drink is slapped with a resort fee. Great place if are rolling in the dough but next time I'll fly to Cabo and still save money.
