Chambre simple, confortable et joliment rénovée. Beau SPA, neuf. Petit déjeuner complet. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Excellent repas, belle présentation, servi dans un joli cadre par du personnel qui connait bien son travail.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel. Il est très bien, propre, la chambre à 4 personnes est top et très bien rénovée. Nous avions également une chambre à 2 personnes qui était très bien. À 10 minutes à peine de l’aéroport de Bâle-Mulhouse, c’est idéal. Nous y reviendrons certainement si besoins pour un voyage en avion au départ de Bâle-Mulhouse.

We had a cleaning lady coming to our room 4 times, while I was sitting on toilet, she didn’t care, she stood there and talked, I asked her to go, I was at toilet, she didn’t respect me, she keeping talking to me. We had the cat in the room and she came back again and our cat almost run from the room! She came back one more time and I was shouting to her to leave and begging her to respect our privacy! But she was keeping coming back! We complained to the owners and we found out that the Cleaning LADY was the owner 😱We talked to her son and he he said it was like that, that we didn’t hang the DONT DISTURB sign at the door but it was still there when we left the room and we also said it’s not normal that she comes when a guest sits at the toilet and the other showered and she still coming back 4 TIMES! He said it was like that! He Never cares and never says sorry! Terrible service😱🥹 On the check in we called earlier to inform we would come later in the middle of the night (3am) and they said that they will email us the information about how to come in but when we arrived there there was NO EMAIL and we had to wait almost one hour in the car. We were ONLY lucky to get the room just because some guests were arriving late but they knew where the room keys were! They also had problem with the hotel, they got wrong room’ keys. They had a baby and it was almost 04 am NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE! After travel king all over the world this is the worst experience at a hotel EVER! We also have to mention that the breakfast is terrible, no eggs, no normal breads, no milk, no juices, only 2 types cheese, some jams and croissant! Very bad too but it was not the worst, for us the way they disrespected us and didn’t care it was a BIG PROBLEM!

Wow, what a great hotel.. immaculately clean, beautiful food, fuss free breakfast - as much as you like to eat, with refills of hot and cold drinks to relax and enjoy in a lovely dining room. Welcoming, friendly staff providing such lovely attention to detail. After a long drive from the UK, we all felt so recharged and relaxed on leaving for Italy. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay - strongly recommended to all.
