Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 2300 square foot home across the street from Merrymeeting Lake - with 61’ of private lakefront including a sandy beach and dock for your boat. Winter lovers, we're 25 minutes to Gunstock, with snowmobile access right out our back door, leading to 100+ miles of groomed trails (no need to trailer your sled to the trails!). Autumn guests, Merrymeeting is a leaf peeper’s dream with beautiful trails just steps from the house, and a short drive to Mt. Major and other great hikes! Sleeps 8 very comfortably and could accommodate more on brand new sleep sofas in the two living rooms. The house has three sizable bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including laundry.
