A spacious and welcoming home in a wonderful location. This home allows plenty of room for multi families to vacation together. The large fenced in yard with built in gas fire pit, and inground pool with sunken hot tub also allows for all to gather and enjoy the Cape Cod sunshine , With a chef's kitchen and open living area all can cook, enjoy a cocktail and gather. The home is in a great proximity to beaches, boating and more. Mid Cape location allows access to prime Cape Cod attractions, beaches and Marinas. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful weather and the house was ideal for our needs. Never thought we could find a single house on the Cape that could handle 21 people.

Big Family? This place is for you!
This was the perfect property for our family vacation with 22 people! It was an enough space for everyone. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was nicely laid out and has two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and two areas for trash barrels. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights of the property. Lots of pool toys loungers eating space - inside and out, and even a fire pit. Edward was very helpful and answered any question we had throughout the week. We’re hoping to stay here again with all the room and amenities. It was also close to some nice beaches and shops.

Family vacation 2024
This is the second time we stayed here, 18 of us,10 adults and 8 children.Again we had a wonderful time. The house had ample room for all of us, the kids were in the pool all the time and we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay Hosts are very responsive to all questions!

Family Reunion
Wonderful home for our family reunion. Large well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and just a really nice place to gather as a family. Location is great for walking into town as well as the beach. We had a terrific week!
