Amazing & excellent. specially I was Amazed when saw the panta rice real Bengali food with others sophisticated Indian, Chinese and baked breakfast mene. Room quality is highly standard and also the amenities. Pool side is so nice. Hospitality of the reception Mr.Neamul Islam and Mr Mehedi also very very nice. only the superior quality at barisal

Good room and good breakfast, staffs are good. received room service at mid night within 10 mins. huge breakfast options with continental, local and traditional food like Panta. heated swimming pool option till 9Pm. lobby is big and staffs are very friendly

Hotel grand park is a gem in Barishal, once called as city of canals. Me and my spouse have had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. Initially they gave us a room which was bit smaller but with a great view of the bells park field and greenery. Later they changed the room and gave us a large deluxe room. It was in the mail road side. We could have seen the river although the private hospital blocked the good view a bit. Most of the staff were very friendly. The staff in the reception were professional and excellent and made their effort to make our stay nice. They gave us a fruit basket, offered us welcome drinks and also sent a plate of decorated dessert as part for of their hospitality that touched our heart. They also have a good variety of items during breakfast. May be an additional fresh juice option could be introduced. The rooms have balcony but locked by the hotel management citing security reasons which we felt bit over cautiousness. Sometimes it felt bit suffocating to see the nice balcony without any access. Thank you the management.
