Some maintenance need to be more spclly locks and power cutt, parking should also have problem no space on weekend...... Inside hotel is good but outside have some issue"

"I had to travel to Bareilly on short notice and I booked two rooms in this hotel on my way there as it happened to be quite near to the place where I had business. On our arrival we found the Reception to be under renovation. The Club room was small but clean, the bath was also clean. The room service was prompt. The restaurant menu had exorbitant prices, so ordered dinner through Swiggy. The complimentary breakfast was good though it was a limited menu through room service, no buffet. A pleasant surprise was Morning newspaper at our door and handing over of water bottles for use in travel at the time of checking out. A suggestion; towel quality can be improved."
