萊森登西亞大學公寓(Residencia Universitaria la Ciutadella)

這是我們經歷過的最可怕的經歷之一！第一天晚上，他們給我們安排了一個房間，廚房已經快要散架了，浴室看起來就像在醫院裡一樣，即使地板上有棉籤，最糟糕的是溫度，因為在六樓，溫度大約是 45 度。度，很悶，沒有空調，幸運的是我們有兩個風扇。我們要求換房間，因為住在那裡太可怕了，幸運的是他們給我們換了一間六樓的房間，也有兩扇窗戶，有一些風，但牆壁有缺口，床腿彎曲，而且氣溫和之前一樣，根本無法入睡，呼吸困難。在我看來，他們是小偷，一晚 100 歐元，條件很差。唯一的好處是位置和接待人員的關注。我根本不推薦。

房間很寬敞。迷你廚房配有電爐、迷你吧、玻璃杯、盤子和餐具。房間清潔和整理服務不是每天進行的。最糟糕的是天氣炎熱/悶熱。我是八月下半月去的，房間沒有空調，只有風扇，不能用。

很棒的住宿體驗。很棒的工作室式房間，配有冰箱、爐灶和私人浴室。它所提供的一切都物有所值。包括健身房供您鍛煉身體。快速的 WiFi 連接。房間非常乾淨 街對面有一個巨大的公園，步行即可到達餐館、購物中心和火車站。工作人員非常友善且樂於助人。我強烈推薦並享受我的住宿體驗

Unfortunately my cousin and I did not have the best experience at the Residencia. Starting off with the room which was super expensive as we paid around 670€ for only 4 nights, and it being a Hostell is unexplainable why it is so expensive. For breakfast there was an option between a croissant, pan au chocolat or bread with ham and cheese which were not really tasty and you could only get one peace of them. The location was although really nice. The rooms were also really small and super hot die to the A/C not being there and there was no hot water in the shower. The staff was really nice though and helpful.

The room was extremely hot, the small fan provided was inadequate. The bathroom smelt moldy and the shower curtain wasn't clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, front desk as well as cleaning staff. In addition it was nice having a kitchenette.

SCHRECKLICH!!!! AUf gar keinen Fall im Sommer buchen. Ich hatte konstante 36 Grad im Zimmer... einfach nur grauenvoll. Hat mir meinen gesamten Urlaub vermiest!

It is not w hotel , it is a youth . Terrible room , no a/c Terrible breakfast Worst place i have ever stayed

Location is amazing. Facilities are basic... the lack of aircon in a heatwave was a killer but good value for money

I booked Residencia Universitaria La Ciutadella for 8-11 July 2020 but due to the pandemic global travel restrictions, until today, I am not able to travel to Barcelona for leisure. Residencia Universitaria La Ciutadella has advised me they can only extend the credit until 31 December 2021 and no further. Looking at the situation now, I think there is no way I can travel to Barcelona still and I am asking if Residencia Universitaria La Ciutadella can refund the non refundable rates as an exception due the global situation, I lost my job, my dad is ill (I showed proved) and I need some money back to tie through the tough times. Residencia Universitaria La Ciutadella just refuse to. :(
