La verdad que el hotel está bastante bien. La habitación pequeña pero cómoda. La puerta del baño era transparente y pasaba toda la luz de la ventana del baño a la habitación... El personal frío y distante

Hotel is simple but impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet area, but walkable to public transport and city attractions. Hotel is close to an important medical center (Centro Médico Teknon) and is perfect if accommodation near the medical center is needed. I would elevate the hotel to 4 stars.

Non abbiamo.dormito molto perché la stanza che ci hanno dato era vicino alla porta di uscita delle scale esterne e gli ospiti continuavano ad aprirla e chiuderla per uscire fuori sulle scale

Un séjour agréable en couple au sein de l’hôtel, le personnel est disponible, à l’écoute et bienveillant. Je vous recommande cet hôtel.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo albergo 2 notti ci siamo trovati molto bene posizionato in zona residenziale tranquilla hotel semplice ma efficiente camere piccole ma ben tenute buona la colazione si può trovare ogni tipo di pietanza dal dolce al salato e di buona qualità torneremo sicuramente molto presto .

Es un hotel pequeño, de habitaciones angostas, nuevas, limpias, y con un servicio impecable. Los recepcionistas que nos atendieron fueron excepcionales, de hotel de 5 estrellas. El baño está bien equipado, es nuevo, y la ducha sale con presión y el secador para ser de los que se fijan en la pared, tenía potencia. Nosotras optamos por una habitación triple, que era muy justa para pernoctar 3 personas, y perfecta para 2. La línea de metro está a 5 minutos del hotel andando, la zona es segura, y el hotel cuenta con una mini piscina perfecta para d**** un pequeño chapuzón y recepción 24 horas.

Horrible bed, impossible to sleep on it. Room was not clean - toilet had marks from the previous occupant and there was hair in the basin. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best on our trip. Out of town centre , 1km to the nearest metro station.

Habitaciones se corresponden con el precio por la calidad Barrio céntrico y tranquilo Tuve problemas con mi hora de llegada al hotel debido a retrasos en el tren y llegué al hotel a las 2 de la madrugada Los avise y me tranquilizaron asegurándome en todo momento que no habría problema que no me preocupase muy amables y atentos a mi llegada

This is a great place for a quick stay or emergent stay. Sadly, our stay was long and the inadequacies wore on us. The front desk staff is kind albeit slow and not really interested in going that extra mile. More than once we asked to buy water (the bar is atttached to the front desk) because the water dispenser on the counter was empty 80% of the time and were told to go to the vending machine while the clerk was on the computer. The breakfast sat out at room temp for hours and the was wrapped up and put back in the fridge. The ice bins for keeping chilled food cold didnt contain ice and the food just sat in and sweat. So, if room temp kefir is your go to...there is plenty. The eggs were made and reused day after day and were wet with oil (also not kept warm). Our room smelled of mold and has visible mold growing around the inside and outside of the shower. The AC was less than cool. The pool had a fake surround that is show on the site as real. The guests that were frequenting the pool definitely needed some direction on bathing attire, the pool is not an ashtray and beer bottles around the pool. Smoking on the emergency exit at night was a regular occurrence. Overall not so good...
