Regarding the noise you heard from the public transport, we suppose that you stayed in a room on a low floor; in that case, we have rooms on upper floor available for you, in which said noise is pretty much lower or inexistent. For any other inconvenience that emerged, it will be such a great pleasure for our staff to help you, as far as possible. We have just finished to renew a few of our rooms, in order to improve our facilities' quality, generally speaking. The city tax which you had to pay for, is the one that corrisponds to hotels (or hostals) our category. There is a saloon available for you, where you can find microwaves to heat any kind of food you brought from outside, and a kettle which you can use to boil water; there you can also consume your food.
