We really enjoyed the breakfast!! The options are endless. The best breakfast ever! I wish they had washcloths in bathroom. Overall, the rooms are stylish and current. The staff is hip and helpful. We spent so much time out and around the city… so location was awesome to so many things. Thank you!!! We loved our stay.

The hotel's lobby was nicely decorated with lots of greenery, and the staff was friendly, but there's one major downside: our room. It was on the second floor right next to the elevators. During my four-night stay, I couldn't catch a wink of sleep because some of the other guests had zero manners. It didn't matter if it was 2 AM, 4 AM, or 5 AM – they were always loud, walking around and slamming doors. Even the hotel staff didn't seem to care about guests who wanted to sleep in past 6 AM. If you're okay with sacrificing sleep, then this hotel might be your thing.

Excellent stay will definitely stay here again very clean … staff were amazing very attentive very polite as soon as you come in the hotel the smell very clean suoer clean for the price i pay wow looks like a high end hotel 5 stars good job apolo MELIA

We were just there for one night prior to a cruise but it was perfect. The room was bright, very clean, and had everything you needed. Dinner was on the open air Terrazo Restaurant and the food was delicious. They have an extensive breakfast buffet, which is not included with the room but it’s well worth having. Something for everyone! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location convenient for walking to the Gothic quarter, and also close to the ports since we were coming from a cruise. Amazing staff who are kind and helpful. Just to be aware it’s a slightly edgy area where you should watch your luggage and bags at all times. I left my luggage briefly at the side of the desk when speaking to the receptionist and someone try to walk off with it. Thank goodness the hotel staff chased after The culprit and had him arrested. Also excellent birthday breakfast.

When I made a reservation, it clearly stated city view but what I got was looking over windows of other rooms which meant curtains drawn at all times! No iron in room. But got to say here location was fabulous! Walking distance to city center and close to trains and buses! Lots of cute little cafes around!
