Our priority is always the safety and comfort of all our guests, including children, and we apologize if our initial decision caused you any inconvenience. Also I wanted to let you know, that check-in time is from 15h00, early check-in is subjected to availability and may have an extra charge; that queen bed room was the only room available. Regarding your notes about the cleaning service, I really sorry if these may cause any inconvenience during your stay with us. However, cleaning service is working until 18h00. In case you want your room to be cleaned as soon as possible, you can contact reception to request it. Also I will let Housekeeping know about these notes, so we will work to fix this kind of situations and provide the best service to our guests. Check-in starts at 15h00, it is informed in all our websites, early check-in is subjected to availability and it may have an extra cost.
