Non working ac, leaking taps, water leaking from ac vent, cigarette behind door, very poor and delayed room service, moist swollen walls. You get an overall complete package of a nightmarish stay.

Single day stay, quality of foods and breakfast was below the average. Morning breakfast buffet was not available.

Dirty rooms, stinky toilets, rude staff and pathetic service. The rooms are not at all maintained and clean. You can see ciggerate buds on the balcony and if you ask them to clean it, they will say yes but will not do anything.

No toiletries or complementary water bottle served in the room. Intercom do not work. It will take 15 min for hot water in bathroom tap, you need to waste lot of water.
