Hotel is situated on an uphill where taking our driver had great difficulty in parking his urbania, reception was good well maintained but that was it, though the housekeeping has been prompt in their services but there is a totally different game in the restaurant, went for buffet dinner and guess what we had in Menu, for a moment I thought that this is some hospital where I am eating my dinner, it had Moong dal and Lauki, now who wants to eat Moong dal and lauki in their vacations, anyways I took some paneer curry ***** with butter chicken which had no taste, ordered bread which took almost 15 mins to come on my table that too reminding the server twice as they were busy winding up and it was only 9:45 pm whereas the timings are from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, it seems no one was interested in serving food or taking order and the dessert which was kept it seemed was made forcefully so as to complete the menu. Our room it seemed was handed over to us in a jiffy because there were hanging wires and the curtains in sitting area is all unkept and broken

Very pleasant hotel in peaceful surroundings covered with beautiful nature of Jungles . Garden room with balcony was lovely, very nice to be able to open the door and enjoy the view. The hotel is beautifully decorated with local art and ornaments and all the staff were very helpful specially thanks to Front Desk Syeed Zulqarnein so humble with polite behaviour . The breakfast was diverse and the local tea like Kashmiri namkeen Tea KEHWA with almonds and honey was delicious as were the other famous dishes like Chicken Rogonjosh, local fish were served with proper hygienic style . However, I would highly recommend this property in general as a nice peaceful retreat of gulmarg. thanks

Amazing hotel in Gulmarg. Try to book the room with a balcony. It is spacious. It has amazing view. And it has a bathtub. The hotel is close to the slopes, which was convenient. I wish it had a spa or a pool, it would have been perfect to spend time after skiing

Horrible service, low food quality, hotel.cleanliness not upto the mark, Shabby interiors. Dining facility was very bad as staff serving food were totally careless about supply of roti etc on the table. We had to repeatedly request them to give us roti etc. Room service was very bad as We had to wait for 45 minutes for water to be provided in the room. Not at all ideal for family vacation.

An awesome memorable stay amidst the beauty of nature.. excellent staff and ambience. Awesome food and ever helpful Hotel staff. Surrounded by tall snow capped mountains and tall pine trees, we couldn’t have had a better stay….All in all an enchanting experience

Horrible place . The staff is not at all courteous .they do not clean the tables before meals and after meals .the room is big but done up badly and showers don’t work .the lift is also not working .Badically was not comfortable as the place was smelly .
