象島設有酒吧的飯店

KC格蘭德度假酒店，算是象島最好的度假酒店之一，依山傍海 設施：酒店設施齊全，房間配備齊全講究，雖然是淡季、雨季，酒店的服務和早餐品質沒有改變；餐廳的服務，特別是早餐，能夠感受到專門為了符合華人的食物，早餐在室外坐在餐廳觀海用餐，一點都不覺得熱；有免費的停車場， 衞生：房間和度假村區域、海灘乾淨衞生； 環境：象島最好的私家海灘之一，是屬於淺水海灘，度假區擁有三個泳池🏊，樓頂無邊泳池🏊，度假村私家海灘水質很好👍，很適合家庭親子度假休閑，附近購物方便； 服務：酒店的服務熱情友好，對華人友善，出入度假村，過馬路，大門口的保安人員很負責任，幫助指揮過往馬路的車輛，保障通行安全；

盛泰樂應該屬於盛泰瀾的低端系列。酒店位置很好沙灘也還行，酒店出來街邊餐廳都不錯。酒店餐廳的晚餐就很一般也不實惠。早飯品種很少住了四天感覺就那幾樣。酒店泳池有兩個都還不錯，酒店佔地面積很大植物很多環境不錯。這次定的雙床房兩間都是一樓的，黴味超級大，讓服務員處理就是噴空氣清新劑。空調製冷效果可以就是聲音太吵。大堂邊上亭子裏租個摩託車轉轉還是比較方便二百🐷一天，另外付三千🐷按金，一日遊項目我覺得還是出去看看，門口的不太實惠。

Simply unprofesional and incompetent for an overclaimed five-star hotel in terms of service standards. I booked it for two nights for my father on his birthday. Called them up from overseas to see if there is any small birthday surprise available for a 71 year old travelling alone. Shame on the front desk staff : The front desk PROMISED a complimentary birthday cake prepared in his room before he checked in. Yet there was no cake at all. I had to make another long distance call to further inquire, they still insisted they did put one in his room. Eventually I had to ask them to send someone up to look for the cake in his room, that was the time when they sent it up.. I fully understand birthday surprises are only subject to discretion. I WOULD NOT MIND AT ALL if they decline it in the first place. But if it has been PROMISED, do it right, not in a way that the birthday guy had to do a cake hunt in the room for a birthday surprise.. Shame on the management staff : After such an embarrassment made to their failing level of professionalism over an avoidable mistake, they moved my father to another room with just a twin bed two days later.. First, I am aware of the policy that a double bed was merely a special request upon an extended stay, yet with a handful of guests visible throughout the week in still the pandemic time, was it REALLY fully booked enough to run out of just ONE double bed ? Second, the management should have applied the service recovery concept (if available, like a double bed..) to this guest with whom their own front desk staff had ALREADY embarrassed the hotel over a minor PROMISE that was under delivered with their lack of basic competence in simply delivering one cake. Not only this hotel failed at managing customer satisfaction, they failed even worse at restoring it after their own fault. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone with an occasion to celebrate. The depth of their professionalism is only limited to checking guests in and out, with a smile.

The Paradise Hill is located on the western coast of Koh Chang, next to many other hotels and restaurants. As with all locations here, you need a car or a motorbike to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whatever our request was. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and as far as I can tell, they all have a balcony big enough to sit on it comfortably. Breakfast was very good, a lot of Asian food, though. For me that's perfectly ok, but I know not all western tourists like that. But then again, you also have toast, eggs, sausages and corn flakes. Next to the hotel is a huge pool area, with sliders and stuff, a paradise for kids for sure. If I ever go visit Koh Chang again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

I'm here again at”The Splash Koh Chang” my favourite hotel for our family especially for my little 2 kids. They always love water slide and my husband still love the beach with a beautiful sunset. We would like to recommend this hotel for everyone and you will fall in love with this hotel like us.

飯店位於象島最熱鬧之一的大街上，所以位置很好，因為步行就可以去各種餐廳、7-11、按摩、洗衣店，但位置很好大概是唯一優點。 在trip.com上就已選了要twin room, 抵達才說沒有了只能給double room(那一開始就要限制房型不讓人家選啊！） 然後房間裡晚上燈超級暗，馬桶如很多人評論的一樣，時不時會傳出臭味，飯店早餐很一般，感覺餐墊很髒都沒在清，早餐處煎蛋也很沒誠意，擺上很多事先煎好放到冷的要命的蛋，現場煎的也沒很好吃。 最差的是整個飯店是走中國風，但在泰國渡假氛圍下覺得莫名其妙格格不入，擺上奇怪的書法或中國人物水墨畫⋯另一個最差是飯店設計的原因，沒有「沙灘」，把原本是沙灘的地方用成木架架起來，所以是仍然可以躺在海邊看海，但視線範圍會很局限，使人並沒有很想躺在那裡放空。簡言之同集團另一間the dewa在氛圍上好上許多，awa唯一優點就是location

個人覺得度假村是人文建築風格與環境完美的體現；本人選擇的是高層建築的房間就是喜愛這個類型，房間內部的裝飾很用心也有泰國傳統的文化特色，房間內配有獨立的私密泳池，寬大的躺椅；房間內部卧室是舒適的空間，小裝飾品的設計很用心；衞生間夠大，洗澡水冷熱均衡；吃早餐的地方與長長的公共泳池融合在一起，也是很棒的設計，一邊就餐同時享受美麗的山景；晚上在海灘邊聽着海浪的拍打聲中就餐，這樣的環境真的非常棒；我遇到的每一位工作人員都表現的友善和真誠，客人之間有很禮貌，在這裏度假是不錯的選擇。

This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.

We were initially meant to stay in our usual Deluxe room, but upon arrival, there was a bit of a mix-up with another guest. Luckily, Mr. Alex saved the day by upgrading us to the Beachfront Grand Villa, which turned out to be an incredible experience. We can't thank him enough! The villa was stunning with its bright design, spacious layout, and an impressive view of the sea from the huge bed. The weather was just perfect, and the beach wasn't too crowded, which was a plus. We even enjoyed the kayak service for a reasonable price of just 100 Thai Baht per hour. The SPA experience was impeccable, just as we're used to in Thailand, and the oil massage for 550 Thai Baht was pure bliss. The breakfast spread had a noticeable upgrade from our last visit, and the refurbished restaurants were a treat to dine in. Plus, the new addition of a small coffee shop in the lobby area was a great touch. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay throughout. We're definitely looking forward to coming back again soon!
