非常豪華，近機場，設施也很好， poolside bar雪糕好抵食！ 意大利餐廳好正宗，可以有不同醋選擇。一切非常六星級！

女友說這張床很誘人！我們也很喜歡那裡的 Aqua 和飲料！我們甚至發現一條美人魚在 Aqua 護城河中游泳！ 10 星減 1 顆星，因為電視上沒有 Netflix。我女友說：「我記得我們住在Fields Plaza的時候，他們的電視上有Netflix和Youtube！

每個員工熱情，都面帶微笑打招呼，房間也不錯，但是我入住的第一天，正好有旅遊團入住的原因，房間會聽到一些噪音，他們不關門所以噪音有些明顯。 地理位置一般，周圍感覺不安全，我們出去吃飯後步行5分鐘回到酒店時，路上竟然有兩個小孩向我們要錢，所以晚上儘量別步行 總體來説，如果你衹在酒店裡邊呆著也還不錯

我們在羅伊斯酒店的住宿體驗從頭到尾都非常棒。工作人員熱情周到，樂於助人，並且非常細心地滿足我們的需求。房間乾淨寬敞，維護良好，非常適合帶孩子出門的家庭。我們特別喜歡飯店的設施，例如舒適的床鋪、熱水淋浴和穩定的無線網路。飯店地理位置也非常理想，步行即可到達克拉克的景點和餐飲場所。我們在整個入住期間都感到安全舒適。我一定會向家人和朋友推薦這家飯店，我們很快還會再來！

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

房間裡要么是飯菜的味道（可能是餐廳廚房飄來的？），要么是下水道的臭味。打開淋浴時，也是同樣的臭味。服務不錯：員工熱情周到，但人手不足。早餐一般。前台不提供零錢，這導致我很難準備小額鈔票去坐三輪車，而由於酒店位置偏僻，除非自己有車，否則三輪車是必需的。我不會再入住這家飯店了。安吉利斯附近有價格相近但較好的飯店。

首先，房間很乾淨，熱水淋浴和空調都運作良好，屋頂露台令人印象深刻。早餐還可以。因為是第一次入住這家飯店，所以我只訂了一晚，想看看感覺如何。保險箱壞了，毛巾用得太舊了，沒有手帕，需要自己去要，迷你冰箱也壞了。我下飛機後很晚才入住，想好好補個覺。隔天早上7點15分左右，客房服務人員敲門，然後按門鈴把我吵醒，說他們要進行房間檢查，這是El Vistra酒店的慣例，簡直太荒謬了。我之後立刻退房了，然後前台告訴我他們要進行房間檢查，確保一切妥當，這樣我才能拿回押金。真是糟糕的體驗！

我的家人在藍色酒店和度假村慶祝聖誕節,我們度過了美好的時光。工作人員友好而熱情,我們酒店的房間配有兩張特大牀,乾淨,我們所需要的一切都提供了。游泳池一塵不染,儘管正如12月預期的那樣,水很涼爽。即便如此,我的兒子們喜歡在游泳池裏玩耍,對於較大的團體來說,還有一個游泳池,裏面有排球等水上活動網。 男孩們也喜歡打乒乓球。他們爲我們提供了四人的自助早餐,這是很突出的。食物很棒。 度假村離市區有點遠,但與Waze很容易找到。由於該地區偏遠,附近沒有餐館,儘管他們確實提供點菜。對於我們的Noche Buena,我們開車進入城市,發現很多韓國餐館可供選擇。我們注意到由於距離城市地區距離,晚上回來的道路很黑。 總體來說,我們住的很滿意,如果你想安靜的地方住宿,遠離噪音,那麼這個地方如果適合你。最重要的是,度假村在退房時給了我兒子聖誕禮物,讓他們太開心了。我們肯定會再次預訂,一如既往,通過Trip.com的交易既簡單又順利,永遠不會讓我失望。
